基于物联网技术的智能抄表系统的研究

【摘要】:随着社会的快速发展,居民生活用电量急剧攀升,电能表抄表量逐渐增大,用电管理成本增加,管理难度越来越复杂,传统的抄表技术已无法满足供电管理的需求。本文通过对现有抄表技术的研究对比,采用物联网思想,应用ZigBee无线通信技术与GPRS网络技术,实现远程无线抄表。 该系统在设计的过程中主要分为软件设计与硬件设计。软件设计主要对硬件接口程序以及物理地址分配进行编写,利用.NET开发平台编写控制平台管理软件,实现采集数据的整理与分析功能。硬件部分主要针对采集器、集中器、协调器的整体框架进行设计,并制作相应模块设备。 本系统中ZigBee模块主要采用CC2430芯片,GPRS模块采用SIM100芯片。组网方式上,分成局域网络和广域网络,局域网构建主要采用树形网络拓扑结构,由采集器构成,其主要作用是对电能表数据进行采集与传送。广域网络主要由集中器和协调器构成,该部分主要功能是接收采集器传输的数据,通过集中器上传至协调器,协调器通过串口将数据传递给控制中心。在数据的传输过程中,利用CC2430芯片接收数据,通过SIM100芯片连接互联网,将数据进行远程传递。控制中心在接收到数据后,对数据进行储存、分析。通过以上设计,实现了数据的无线传输,,满足了无线抄表系统的要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the society, the living electricity consumption of residents is rising rapidly, the quantity of meter reading of electric energy meter is increasing gradually, the cost of electricity management is increasing, and the management is more and more complicated. The traditional meter reading technology can not meet the demand of power supply management. Based on the research and comparison of the existing meter reading technology, this paper adopts the idea of Internet of things, applies ZigBee wireless communication technology and GPRS network technology to realize remote wireless meter reading. The system is mainly divided into software design and hardware design. The software design mainly writes the hardware interface program and the physical address assignment, uses the .NET development platform to write the control platform management software, realizes the collection data collation and the analysis function. The hardware part mainly designs the whole frame of the collector, concentrator and coordinator, and makes the corresponding module equipment. In this system, ZigBee module mainly uses CC2430 chip, GPRS module uses SIM100 chip. In the way of networking, it is divided into local area network and wide area network, and the local area network is constructed mainly by tree network topology structure, which is composed of collector, whose main function is to collect and transmit the data of electric energy meter. The wide area network is mainly composed of concentrator and coordinator. The main function of this part is to receive the data transmitted by the collector and upload it to the coordinator through the concentrator, which transfers the data to the control center through the serial port. In the process of data transmission, the CC2430 chip is used to receive the data, and the SIM100 chip is used to connect to the Internet to transmit the data remotely. After receiving the data, the control center stores and analyzes the data. Through the above design, the wireless transmission of data is realized, and the requirement of wireless meter reading system is satisfied.
