基于以太网的港口门机视频监控系统的设计

【摘要】:随着社会的发展和经济的全球化,物流业也在不断的发展,港口机械也朝着强载化、大型化、高速化、连续化和自动化方向发展。虽然港口机械的发展降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率,在一定程度上满足了用户的需求,但是与此同时越来越复杂的机械设备发生故障的频率也越来越高,造成的经济损失以及人员伤亡也越来越严重。为了防患于未然,提高港口的现代化管理水平,因此本文设计了基于以太网的港口门机视频监控系统。对于项目的实际应用,该视频监控系统起铺垫作用。 论文是基于张家港安远集团的实际项目为背景,在参观了现场场景,阅读了大量相关资料的基础上,构建了该系统。论文的主要内容如下:首先简单介绍研究该课题的背景及意义,说明港口视频远程监控系统的重要性,并对国内外现状和研究成果进行分析,说明本系统的设计原则。然后研究本系统使用的关键技术,视频处理所用的MPEG-4压缩算法,视频传输所遵守的HTTP/TCP协议和RTP/UDP协议以及视频流数据格式,比较现存视频监控系统的设计方案,选择适合该项目的方案,并简单介绍系统的整体设计结构及组成,然后分别介绍各部分的组成硬件及工作原理。其次,介绍该系统硬件设备的选择,说明硬件之间的连接方式。论文重点讲述软件部分,应用C#语言,基于.NET体系和B/S软件结构,开发设计港口门机视频监控系统的界面,说明软件工作流程,组成模块,以及功能模块实现的关键技术。最后经过测试,初步证明本系统工作稳定。 本文总结了研究成果,指出存在的不足,并对下一步的研究工作提出了一些观点,对港口视频远程监控系统的建设有一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the globalization of economy, the logistics industry is developing constantly, and port machinery is developing towards the direction of strong load, large scale, high speed, continuous and automation. Although the development of port machinery reduces the production cost, improves the working efficiency and meets the needs of the users to a certain extent, at the same time, the frequency of more and more complex mechanical equipment malfunctions is also increasing. The economic losses and casualties are becoming more and more serious. In order to prevent trouble and improve the modern management level of the port, this paper designs a video surveillance system of port door crane based on Ethernet. For the practical application of the project, the video surveillance system plays a role in paving the way. Based on the actual project of Zhangjiagang Anyuan Group, the system is constructed on the basis of visiting scene and reading a lot of related materials. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research are briefly introduced, the importance of the port video remote surveillance system is explained, and the present situation and research results at home and abroad are analyzed, and the design principles of the system are explained. Then the key technologies used in this system, the MPEG-4 compression algorithm used in video processing, the HTTP/TCP protocol and RTP/UDP protocol followed by video transmission, and the video stream data format are studied, and the design schemes of the existing video surveillance system are compared. The scheme suitable for the project is selected and the whole design structure and composition of the system are introduced briefly. Then the hardware and working principle of each part are introduced respectively. Secondly, the selection of hardware equipment in the system is introduced, and the connection between hardware is explained. This paper focuses on the software part, using C # language, based on .NET system and B / S software structure, to develop and design the interface of the port door crane video surveillance system, explain the software workflow, and make up the module. And the key technology of function module realization. Finally, after testing, the system is proved to be stable. This paper summarizes the research results, points out the shortcomings, and puts forward some views on the next research work, which is helpful to the construction of the port video remote monitoring system.
