购物类网站从桌面端向手机端移动化的交互设计研究

【摘要】:随着移动互联网的发展和用户移动消费需求的提高,购物网站从桌面端向移动端进行移动化的需求越来越高,用户越来越喜欢在移动端进行及时购物,感受不一样的购物体验,通过手机、平板移动客户端继续或者跟踪其在桌面端的购物任务,如何将平台去转化和移动是值得思考的问题,本文基于用户体验理论,以购物网站和手机端为研究范围,结合移动体验特点和移动购物特征,来探讨移动过程中的交设计模型和原则。 通过资料研究和调研,对移动化要素进行研究,找出对移动化有影响和制约的关键点,同时进行移动体验的研究,从桌面端用户体验到手机端用户体验进行转化。遵循用户、情景、关系、移动可能性的研究思路,将购物产品在两个平台的不同点进行总结和分析,主要包含设备特征的对比、交互特征的对比、购物使用情景的对比、购物流程的对比、购物任务的对比、购物服务、习惯的对比。从对比中,探索移动化。并将目前购物类网站移动化的用户需求和移动化设计现状进行分析,总结出此类网站移动化的交互设计模型,并从模型基础上探索移动化的方法和原则。 移动化交互设计模型主要按照移动流程和要点进行建立,根据移动化的步骤进行思考总结。在每个层面上对移动化重点进行总结分析,给出有效的指导方法。交互设计模型主要分为以下几个层面:交互战略层、交互功能层、交互结构层、交互流层、交互节点层、交互信息层、交互表达层,层面具有方向性和步骤化特点,在移动化交互设计模型中各个层面内容的指导下,可完成移动化的一个完整流程,具有一定的实践指导性。本文在移动化交互设计模型的基础上,又探讨出购物网站移动化方法的要点和主要交互设计原则。方法主要从平台差异化、多设备关系和移动可能性上给出方向,原则主要针对移动化过程中容易面对的交互设计细节,给予一定的指导。 最后通过实践,将豆瓣东西网站进行移动化尝试,从概念的移动到信息架构的重构,最后形成具有移动特点的移动产品,在整个实践过程中,运用移动化交互设计模型中的主要层级步骤,进行移动,探索可能性。 本课题的创新点是将桌面端和移动端两平台的体验进行多角度对比,得出移动化关键点,通过调研与分析得出购物网站移动化要点,,从而构建移动化交互设计模型,并通过实践验证理论。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile Internet and the improvement of user's mobile consumption demand, the demand of mobile shopping website from desktop to mobile is becoming higher and higher. Users are more and more interested in timely shopping on mobile side, and feel the different shopping experience. Through the mobile phone, the tablet mobile client continues or tracks its shopping task on the desktop, how to transform and move the platform is worth thinking. This paper is based on the theory of user experience, taking shopping website and mobile phone as the research scope. Combining the characteristics of mobile experience and mobile shopping, this paper discusses the intersection design model and principle in the process of mobile. Through the research of data and research, this paper studies the elements of mobility, finds out the key points which have influence and restriction to mobile, and studies the mobile experience from desktop user experience to mobile phone user experience. Following the research ideas of user, scene, relationship, mobile possibility, the paper summarizes and analyzes the differences of shopping products in the two platforms, mainly including the comparison of device features, interactive features, shopping and use scenarios. Shopping flow contrast, shopping task contrast, shopping service, habit contrast. From the contrast, explore mobility. By analyzing the user's requirement and the current situation of mobile design of shopping website, the interactive design model of mobile website is summarized, and the method and principle of mobile design are explored based on the model. The mobile interactive design model is built according to the mobile flow and key points. At each level, the emphasis of mobility is summarized and analyzed, and the effective guidance method is given. The interactive design model is divided into the following levels: interactive strategy layer, interactive function layer, interactive structure layer, interactive flow layer, interactive node layer, interactive information layer, interactive expression layer, which have the characteristics of directionality and step. Under the guidance of the content of each level in the mobile interactive design model, a complete process of mobility can be completed, which has certain practical guidance. Based on the mobile interactive design model, this paper discusses the main points of the mobile design method and the main principles of interactive design. The method mainly gives the direction from platform differentiation, multi-device relationship and mobility possibility. The principle is mainly directed at the interactive design details that are easy to face in the process of mobility. Finally, through the practice, we try to move the Douban east-west website from the concept of moving to the reconstruction of information architecture, and finally form a mobile product with mobile characteristics, in the whole process of practice, Use the main steps in the mobile interactive design model to move and explore the possibility. The innovation of this topic is to compare the experience of desktop and mobile platform from different angles, and get the key point of mobile, through investigation and analysis, we can get the key points of mobile shopping website, so as to build a mobile interactive design model. The theory is verified by practice.
