基于网络编码的HARQ的研究及其在LTE中的应用

【摘要】:随着通信技术的发展,混合自动重传请求技术(Hybrid Automatic reQuest,HARQ)作为无线通信中的主要差错控制技术逐渐完善。而无线网络的规模越来越大,通信设备越来越多,网络中要求高数据传输率的业务逐渐增多,这就要求无线网络提供更高的数据吞吐量。网络编码技术的出现,为高吞吐量的要求提供了很好的解决方案,通过网络编码和HARQ技术的结合,可以在无线网络中提供高吞吐量的数据传输业务。本文研究将网络编码应用到HARQ中,提高传输系统的吞吐量。本文在多个单播流的环境中对基于网络编码的HARQ技术进行研究,并在LTE上行链路HARQ传输机制中引入网络编码的概念,从而提高系统的吞吐量。本文主要的研究内容为:1)介绍了传统的差错控制技术自动重传请求(ARQ)技术和前向纠错(FEC)技术,在此基础上,对HARQ技术进行研究,并对HARQ中的码字合并技术进行了研究,随后对网络编码技术进行了研究。2)在多个单播流的环境中,对基于网络编码的HARQ技术进行了研究。对基于网络编码的HARQ传输方案进行详细的分析,并给出了针对不同方案的吞吐量的表达式。最后在瑞利快衰落信道下进行仿真,证实了理论分析的结果,说明了基于网络编码的HARQ技术能很大地提高系统的吞吐量。3)本文将基于网络编码的HARQ技术应用在LTE上行链路中。针对LTE上行链路传统HARQ传输的特点,对基于网络编码的HARQ传输方案进行了研究,其中对不同码字合并技术的HARQ传输方案进行设计,最后通过仿真证实基于网络编码的HARQ相比于传统HARQ有33%的吞吐量增益。仿真结果说明了在LTE上行链路中,基于网络编码的HARQ相比于传统HARQ性能更优。
[Abstract]:With the development of communication technology, Hybrid Automatic ReQuest (HARQ) is the main error control technology in wireless communication. As the size of the wireless network is becoming larger and larger, the communication equipment is becoming more and more, and the service of high data transmission rate in the network is increasing gradually, which requires the wireless network to provide higher data throughput. The emergence of the network coding technology provides a good solution for the requirement of high throughput, and can provide high-throughput data transmission service in the wireless network through the combination of the network coding and the HARQ technology. In this paper, the network coding is applied to the HARQ, and the throughput of the transmission system is improved. In this paper, the HARQ technology based on the network coding is studied in the environment of multiple unicast streams, and the concept of network coding is introduced in the LTE uplink HARQ transmission mechanism, thus the throughput of the system is improved. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) The traditional error control technology automatic repeat request (ARQ) technology and forward error correction (FEC) technology are introduced, on this basis, the HARQ technology is studied, and the code word merging technology in the HARQ is studied. then the network coding technology is studied. 2) In the environment of multiple unicast streams, the HARQ technology based on the network coding is studied. The HARQ transmission scheme based on the network coding is analyzed in detail, and the expression of the throughput for different schemes is given. Finally, the simulation is carried out under the Rayleigh fast fading channel, and the result of the theoretical analysis is confirmed, and the system throughput can be greatly improved based on the network-coded HARQ technology. 3) The HARQ technique based on the network coding is applied in the LTE uplink. Aiming at the characteristics of the traditional HARQ transmission of the LTE uplink, the HARQ transmission scheme based on the network coding is researched, the HARQ transmission scheme of the different code word combining technology is designed, and finally, the throughput gain of 33 percent compared with the traditional HARQ is confirmed by the simulation. The simulation results illustrate that in the LTE uplink, the network-coded HARQ is better than the conventional HARQ performance.
