DVB高标清视频节目串编的设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the great development of digital radio and television technology, more and more TV channels have been created by TV stations at all levels, which demands more and more video media to meet the program needs of TV stations at all levels. Thus, television stations are required to expand the range of media programmes from a single state-licensed film and television producer to an online acquisition, import from abroad, and even purchase from small producers or amateur photographers. These ways enrich the source and content of the program, but also bring a lot of problems, such as the obtained video encapsulation format is not suitable for the transmission and playback of radio and television networks; There are unsuitable contents in the video file, which need to be cropped selectively, and the video file is too long and too short, so it needs multi-video file serialization. When there are many data streams in the media files, it is necessary to select and extract the audio and video streams. However, the foreign video program editing systems are too expensive and complex to operate, so they are not suitable for the promotion and application of local TV stations. This paper takes the high standard definition video program serialization in the broadcasting and television industry as the main research object, expounds the solutions to the above problems in the process of making the video program, and completes the following work: 1. Based on the analysis of codec and encapsulation format, an analysis program is designed to support many kinds of video encapsulation formats and coding methods. The program supports the verification and calibration of file format and the acquisition of video file parameters. 2. By using the obtained parameter information of video file, the operation of multi-stream video file shunting is designed. At the same time, the nonlinear processing idea is added to the process of video file processing, which supports the setting of point and exit point in the process of playback and serial editing. By setting the input and output points of the video file, the unsuitable contents of the video file can be cut out, or the multiple program segments in a video file can be compiled into a new program file. At this time, the serial editing operation is divided into the serial file input module and the serialized file output module, which solves the problem that the encapsulation format is different from the encoder when the multi-video file is serialized, and it is also convenient to reset the code of the new video file. 3. The common video processing software usually uses the sequence precision and the video image group precision, which can not meet the TV station to the video program processing accuracy requirements. In this paper, the design of frame precision is realized in the operation of playback and serial editing, that is to say, the frame forward and back frame, frame positioning, and video program playback and serial editing under frame precision are completed. 4. The designed application results are verified and analyzed, and compared with the same type of software at home and abroad.
