物联网环境下农产品冷链监控与追溯平台研究

【摘要】:关乎生鲜农产品品质和质量安全的冷链物流受到全社会的极大重视。在总结农产品冷链监控与追溯系统研究现状的基础上,借助物联网环境下的各种现代信息技术,设计了农产品冷链物流监控与追溯平台方案,分析平台主要功能和关键技术,并提出关于该平台建设和发展的一些建议,以期为农产品冷链物流在保障农产品品质和满足消费者追溯需求方面提供参考。
[Abstract]:Cold chain logistics, which is related to the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products, has been attached great importance to by the whole society. On the basis of summarizing the research status of cold chain monitoring and tracing system for agricultural products, this paper designs a monitoring and tracing platform scheme for cold chain logistics of agricultural products, analyzes the main functions and key technologies of the platform, and borrows various modern information technologies under the environment of Internet of things for agricultural products. Some suggestions on the construction and development of the platform are put forward in order to provide reference for the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in ensuring the quality of agricultural products and meeting the tracing needs of consumers.
