交通广播路况信息应用服务系统

【摘要】:近年来,新媒体发展非常迅猛,特别是手机新媒体的应用,媒体资讯已经由桌面转向个人手机终端,极大地推动新媒体产业的发展,对传统的广播电视行业造成了很大的冲击,如何利用新技术提升传统广播电视业务发展,一直是广播电视行业研究的新课题。 当前,广播电台交通广播有关交通消息的发布,一直都是以FM调频广播为主要传播手段,主要覆盖汽车移动人群。路况信息的采集,通常来自交警部门的道路监控视频,,以及热心听众、出租车司机等驾车人士的电话报料。经过路况编辑人员的整理,形成最终的交通路况信息,在广播中进行播报。 佛山电台交通广播紧跟时代发展潮流,结合自身的独特优势,应用新媒体技术,以交通路况信息服务为突破口,研发了“佛山交通广播路况信息应用服务系统”。该系统主要由内部业务应用、外部应用和手机客户端组成。该系统采用了当前先进的GIS(地理信息系统)和LBS(基于位置服务)技术,根据佛山电台交通广播的整体综合业务需求,开发出具有路况信息标注功能和具有完善综合业务管理应用的服务系统。该系统一方面向手机移动用户提供包括路况地图、我要报路况、广播节目收听、参与节目互动、资讯快报,以及听众调查反馈等服务内容;另一方面,通过手机客户端获取了大量来自手机用户群的图文和语音资讯,有效地扩展了路况信息采集渠道。同时,基于手机的图文、音视频的互动方式,大大丰富了交通广播节目的生产与制作。 该应用系统的成功研发,显著提升了佛山电台交通广播的核心竞争力,促进了交通广播在新媒体领域的快速发展,也为各地交通广播如何利用新媒体和新技术构建自己的运营平台,进行差异化发展,提供了一个较好的示范案例,具有很好的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of new media is very rapid, especially the application of mobile phone new media. Media information has changed from desktop to personal mobile phone terminal, which has greatly promoted the development of new media industry and has had a great impact on the traditional radio and television industry. How to use new technology to improve the development of traditional radio and television business has always been a new research topic in radio and television industry. At present, the release of traffic news on radio traffic broadcasting has always been based on FM broadcasting as the main means of communication, mainly covering the mobile population of cars. Road condition information is collected, usually from road surveillance videos from traffic police departments, as well as phone calls from enthusiastic listeners, taxi drivers and other motorists. After the collation of road condition editors, the final traffic condition information is formed and broadcast in the broadcast. Foshan Radio Traffic Broadcasting follows the development trend of the times, combines its own unique advantages, applies the new media technology, takes the traffic condition information service as the breakthrough point, develops the Foshan Traffic Broadcasting Road condition Information Application Service system. The system is mainly composed of internal business applications, external applications and mobile phone clients. The system adopts the current advanced GIS (Geographic Information system) and LBS (location-based service) technology, according to the overall integrated business requirements of Foshan Radio Traffic Broadcasting. A service system with road condition information tagging function and perfect integrated business management application is developed. On the one hand, the system provides mobile users with mobile phone users, including road condition maps, I want to report road conditions, radio programs to listen to, participate in program interaction, information KuaiBao, as well as audience survey feedback and other services; On the other hand, a large number of graphics and text and voice information from the mobile phone user group are obtained through the mobile phone client, which effectively expands the collection channel of road condition information. At the same time, the interactive mode of graphics and text and audio and video based on mobile phone greatly enriches the production and production of traffic radio programs. The successful research and development of the application system has significantly enhanced the core competitiveness of Foshan Radio Traffic Broadcasting and promoted the rapid development of Traffic Broadcasting in the field of new media. It also provides a good demonstration case for local traffic broadcasting how to use new media and new technology to build its own operating platform and carry out differential development, which has a good reference function.
