亳米波多波束柱透镜天线研究

【摘要】:毫米波柱透镜天线是一种高方向性的口径天线,具有大角度范围的多波束扫描及低损耗等优点,广泛应用于导航、卫星通信等领域中。本文提出的两种以基本馈电单元布置而成的圆弧形馈电阵列实现毫米波大角度多波束扫描介质柱透镜天线,可以在毫米波段实现低损耗、高增益和高效率的电子扫描天线需要。具体的研究工作如下:首先论述了介质柱透镜天线的基本理论及分析方法。研究了两种不同形式的馈源:平面八木天线、直线渐变缝隙天线(LTSA),在透镜天线系统中,选取LTSA作为馈源,因其能够有效控制波束宽度,且有利于电路与天线的集成。其次采用射线追踪法分析水平极化介质柱透镜天线的聚焦特性,采用电磁软件HFSS分别研究馈源的照射位置、柱透镜的半径、馈源的波束宽度以及波导间距等对水平极化柱透镜天线辐射性能的影响。在此基础上,研究了LTSA作为垂直极化馈源的单波束垂直极化柱透镜天线的性能,提出了展宽俯仰面波束宽度及消除方向图毛刺的方法,分析了介质柱材料的损耗正切对增益的影响。本文设计了两种极化方式的介质柱透镜天线可以满足一定的辐射特性,分析了各自实现多波束扫描时馈源间的互耦特性,确定满足多波束扫描时馈源间合适的间距。
[Abstract]:Millimeter wave cylindrical lens antenna is a kind of high directional aperture antenna, which has the advantages of multi-beam scanning and low loss in a wide angle range. It is widely used in navigation, satellite communication and other fields. In this paper, two kinds of circular arc feed arrays based on basic feed units are proposed to realize millimeter wave large angle multi-beam scanning dielectric cylindrical lens antenna, which can realize low loss, high gain and high efficiency electronic scanning antenna in millimeter band. The specific research work is as follows: firstly, the basic theory and analysis method of dielectric cylindrical lens antenna are discussed. Two different forms of feed: plane eight wood antenna and linear gradual slot antenna (LTSA), are studied in the lens antenna system. LTSA is selected as the feed because it can effectively control the beam width and is beneficial to the integration of circuit and antenna. Secondly, the focusing characteristics of the horizontally polarized dielectric cylindrical lens antenna are analyzed by ray tracing method, and the irradiation position of the feed and the radius of the cylindrical lens are studied by using the electromagnetic software HFSS. The effects of beam width and waveguide spacing on the radiation performance of horizontal polarization cylindrical lens antenna. On this basis, the performance of single beam vertical polarization cylindrical lens antenna with LTSA as vertical polarization feed is studied, and the method of broadening the beam width of pitch surface and eliminating the burr of pattern is proposed. The influence of loss tangent on gain of dielectric column material is analyzed. In this paper, two polarization dielectric cylindrical lens antennas are designed to meet certain radiation characteristics, the mutual coupling characteristics between feed sources are analyzed when multi-beam scanning is realized, and the suitable spacing between feed sources is determined when multi-beam scanning is satisfied.
