【摘要】:目前环境监测系统已经普遍存在于我们的日常生活中,尤其是在工农业控制领域,但其主要是利用有线网络来实现对环境温度的监测。这种方式存在例如不易布线、成本高、占用空间大等不足之处,并且对于一些随时变换监测位置的移动设备,,它将不再适用,因此对无线环境监测系统的研究越来越受到人们的关注。 ZigBee无线通信技术标准是随着无线网络技术、通信技术、微波天线技术的不断发展而产生的,它给人们带来了方便快捷的应用,促进了高性价比、低功耗、高可靠性的无线通信技术的发展,成为一种新兴的技术。本文提出了基于ZigBee技术的无线测温系统的设计,选择TI公司超低功耗MSP430F149芯片作为无线测温系统的微处理器实现对数据的处理,温度传感器选用了单总线工作的DS18B20实现对监测系统中温度的采集,无线通信模块选用的是Chipcon As公司生产的符合ZigBee协议标准的射频芯片CC2420。 本文介绍了无线测温系统的总体设计架构,其中硬件设计包括MSP430微处理器模块、电源模块、DS18B20温度采集模块和CC2420无线通信模块等电路接口的设计,软件设计包括数据采集模块和无线通信模块等程序设计,并给出了调试过程中遇到的问题和实验结果。 该课题研究的无线测温系统具有成本低、能耗低、可靠性高、使用方便等优点,适用于对成本和布线要求严格的场所,因此具有广阔的市场应用前景。

The technical standard of ZigBee wireless communication is developed with the development of wireless network technology, communication technology and microwave antenna technology, which brings convenience and convenience for people, and has promoted the development of wireless communication technology with high cost performance, low power consumption and high reliability. to be an emerging technology The design of the wireless temperature measuring system based on ZigBee technology is proposed in this paper. The ultra-low power MSP430F149 chip of TI company is selected as the microprocessor of the wireless temperature measuring system to realize the data processing. The temperature sensor selects the DS18B20 of the single bus to realize the temperature measurement in the monitoring system. The wireless communication module selects the radio-frequency chip CC242 according to the ZigBee protocol standard produced by the Chipcon As. 0. The overall design framework of the wireless temperature measurement system is introduced. The hardware design includes the design of the MSP430 microprocessor module, the power module, the DS18B20 temperature acquisition module and the CC2420 wireless communication module. The software design includes the data acquisition module and the wireless communication module. The order design and the problems and real problems encountered in the debugging process are given.
