高稳定性低噪声的561nm黄光激光器

【摘要】:鉴于目前561nm激光器噪声较大,影响其实用性,提出一种高稳定性低噪声的561nm黄光激光器。利用Nd妣YAG晶体得到1 123nm基频光,通过LBO晶体腔内倍频得到561nm输出。理论分析了1 112nm、1 116nm与1 123nm波长的阈值泵浦功率,提出1 123nm的单波长振荡条件,确定谐振腔镀膜要求。根据理论计算,设计了合理的谐振腔膜系,通过抑制1 112nm与1 116nm谱线在谐振腔内的振荡实现1 123nm谱线的单波长振荡。在泵浦功率为5W时,实现了561nm激光单波长输出,输出功率达到107mW,功率不稳定性达到0.7%,噪声为1.2%。
[Abstract]:In view of the high noise of 561nm laser, which affects its practicability, a high stability and low noise 561nm yellow laser is proposed. The fundamental frequency light of 1123nm is obtained by using ND YAG crystal. The output of 561nm is obtained by intracavity doubling of LBO crystal. The threshold pump power of 11116nm and 1123nm wavelength is theoretically analyzed, and the single wavelength oscillation condition of 1123nm is proposed to determine the coating requirements of the resonator. A reasonable resonator film system is designed to realize the single wavelength oscillation of 1123nm by suppressing the oscillation of 1112nm and 1116nm. The single wavelength output of 561nm laser is realized when the pump power is 5W. The output power is 107 MW, the power instability is 0.7 and the noise is 1.2.
