纳秒激光不锈钢着色过程中的热作用及氧化规律

【摘要】:利用纳秒级脉冲激光对304不锈钢表面进行着色试验,建立激光作用于金属表面的热作用模型,利用EDAX分析着色不锈钢表面金属元素质量比变化,探究激光热作用对304不锈钢表面着色效果的影响及不同热作用过程下的金属表面氧化的规律。结果表明:纳秒激光金属彩色着色过程中存在"激光脉冲直接作用过程"和"激光脉冲扩散热作用过程"两个不同机制的热作用过程。在快速加热和快速冷却的"激光脉冲直接作用过程"中不锈钢表面更容易产生Cr氧化物;在以扩散热为主导的"激光脉冲扩散热作用过程"中不锈钢表面更容易产生Fe氧化物。
[Abstract]:The surface of 304 stainless steel was colored by nanosecond pulsed laser. The thermal action model of laser on the surface of stainless steel was established. The variation of the mass ratio of metal elements on the surface of stainless steel was analyzed by EDAX. The effect of laser thermal action on surface coloring of 304 stainless steel and the rules of metal surface oxidation under different thermal action were investigated. The results show that there are two different mechanisms in the coloring process of nanosecond laser metal: "direct action process of laser pulse" and "thermal process of laser pulse diffusion". In the "laser pulse direct action process" of rapid heating and cooling, Cr oxide is more easily produced on the stainless steel surface, and Fe oxide is more easily produced on the stainless steel surface in the "laser pulse diffusion thermal process", which is dominated by the diffusion heat.
