激光超声透射波表征表面缺陷深度的仿真研究

【摘要】:针对金属构件表面微小缺陷非接触式定量检测的难题,采用有限元法模拟了激光超声波与不同深度的表面缺陷的相互作用,研究了瑞利透射波的时域和频域特征与表面缺陷深度的关系.通过分析时域和频域特征的产生机制,提取出"TR波的到达时间"、"TR波峰峰值"、"TRS波的到达时间"、"透射波极限频率"4个与缺陷深度相关的特征量,并得出了"TRS波的到达时间"特征量与表面缺陷深度的数学关系表达式.结果表明:"TRS波到达时间"特征量与表面缺陷深度呈线性增加关系,"透射波极限频率"特征量与表面缺陷深度呈非线性单调递减关系,可利用这两个特征量进行表面缺陷深度的定量表征.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of non-contact quantitative detection of micro-defects on the surface of metal members, the interaction between laser ultrasonic wave and surface defects of different depths was simulated by finite element method. The relationship between the characteristics of Rayleigh transmission waves in time domain and frequency domain and the depth of surface defects is studied. By analyzing the generation mechanism of time-domain and frequency-domain features, four characteristic quantities related to the depth of defects are extracted, such as "arrival time of tr wave", "peak value of tr wave peak", "arrival time of TRS wave" and "limit frequency of transmission wave". The mathematical expression between the characteristic quantity of "arrival time of TRS wave" and the depth of surface defect is obtained. The results show that the characteristic quantity of "TRS wave arrival time" increases linearly with the depth of the surface defect, and the characteristic quantity of "transmission wave limit frequency" shows a nonlinear monotone decreasing relationship with the depth of the surface defect. These two characteristics can be used to quantitatively characterize the depth of surface defects.
