大学物理实验教学精细化管理研究

【摘要】：运用精细化管理理念,对大学物理实验教学过程中的教学内容管理、设备器材管理、教学环节管理和人的管理等问题进行了详细的研究和探讨。针对教学内容和实验设备器材的精细化管理分别提出了"一个牵引、两个兼顾、三个对应"和"五专三化两配合"的原则,对教学准备的"三门功课"、实验选课的"三个放开"、课堂教学的"三个掌握"、教学督导的"三个例会"和课程考核的"三个严格"等精细化的管理原则进行了阐述。
[Abstract]:By using the idea of fine management, the management of teaching content, equipment and equipment, the management of teaching links and the management of people in the process of college physics experiment teaching are studied and discussed in detail. According to the fine management of teaching content and experimental equipment, the principles of "one traction, two consideration, three correspondence" and "five specialization, three transformation and two cooperation" are put forward respectively. The fine management principles such as "three lessons" in teaching preparation, "three liberals" in experimental course selection, "three masters" in classroom teaching, "three regular meetings" in teaching supervision and "three strict" in course examination are expounded.
