脉冲磁场作用下超导圆柱应力分析

【摘要】:高温超导体在脉冲磁化过程中会受到热应力和电磁应力的共同作用。本文基于超导电磁基本方程和热传导方程,分析了上升时间为1s的一种指数脉冲磁场作用下超导圆柱脉冲磁化过程中的应力状态。结果表明:热应力主导了脉冲磁化的应力状态,由于热应力的作用,总径向正应力几乎总为拉应力;无论外磁场的上升和下降阶段,总环向正应力在超导体中呈现三个区域,在中心和边界区域为正,在这两个区域之间为负,且在外磁场的上升阶段,总环向应力在中心区有一个均匀分布区;径向和环向正应力的最大值均出现在外磁场的下降阶段。
[Abstract]:High temperature superconductors are subjected to both thermal and electromagnetic stresses during pulse magnetization. Based on the basic superconducting electromagnetic equation and the heat conduction equation, the stress state of a superconducting cylinder during pulse magnetization under the action of an exponential pulsed magnetic field with rising time of 1 s is analyzed in this paper. The results show that the thermal stress dominates the stress state of pulse magnetization, and the total radial normal stress is almost always tensile stress due to the effect of thermal stress. In the center and boundary region, the total circumferential stress has a uniform distribution in the center region, and the maximum radial and circumferential normal stress appear in the decreasing phase of the external magnetic field in the rising phase of the external magnetic field.
