【摘要】:雷达根据其工作时的波形类型可以分为:脉冲雷达(PR)和连续波雷达(CW)。连续波雷达相比于脉冲雷达具有小型化,低工作电压,高可靠性,高距离分辨率以及不存在距离盲区等一系列优点。但是连续波雷达具有一个最大的缺陷就是发射信号泄漏,从发射机直接耦合到接收机的信号相较于目标回波信号要大很多,当雷达需要探测远距离目标时,根据雷达方程就需要增大雷达的发射功率,从发射机直接耦合到接收机的信号就有可能淹没目标回波信号甚至是烧毁接收机,这是连续波雷达不可避免的一个问题。本文的主要工作就是研究步进频连续波雷达射频对消技术的工作机理和实现。论文主要包括以下几方面。首先,分析了连续波雷达和脉冲雷达的工作机制以及各自的优缺点,连续波雷达的工作机制导致直接耦合信号是其主要的缺陷,是限制连续波雷达性能参数和应用的重要因素,只有解决了直接耦合信号的干扰问题,连续波雷达才能应用在更多的场合中。经过对比各种对消方案的优缺点,最后决定采用射频对消的方案。其次,经过理论推导,得到实现对消的条件,并完成了整个对消过程中的误差分析。然后,选择合适的器件和电路,完成频率源,发射模块,接收模块的设计以及版图绘制。完成整个射频对消模块的设计以及版图绘制。最后,各个模块经过组装与调试,完成测试工作,分析测试得到的数据,对方案进行了验证。测试结果表明:整个射频对消系统工作在点频模式下对消比在40dB以上,在扫频模式下,在400MHz带宽内,实现了对消比在30dB以上。
[Abstract]:Radar can be divided into pulse radar (PRP) and continuous wave radar (CWN) according to its waveform types. Compared with pulse radar, continuous wave radar has miniaturization, low working voltage and high reliability. There are a series of advantages such as high range resolution and the absence of range blind area. But continuous wave radar has one of the biggest defects is the emission signal leakage. The signal coupled directly from transmitter to receiver is much larger than the target echo signal. When radar needs to detect long-range target, it is necessary to increase the transmitting power of radar according to the radar equation. The signal directly coupled to the receiver from the transmitter may flood the target echo signal or even burn the receiver. This is an inevitable problem of continuous wave radar. The main work of this paper is to study the work mechanism and implementation of radio frequency cancellation technology of step frequency continuous wave radar. This paper mainly includes the following aspects. The working mechanism of continuous wave radar and pulse radar and their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The direct coupling signal caused by the working mechanism of continuous wave radar is the main defect. It is an important factor to limit the performance parameters and applications of CW radar. Only by solving the interference problem of direct coupled signal can CWR be applied in more situations. The advantages and disadvantages of various cancellation schemes are compared. Finally, it is decided to adopt the scheme of RF cancellation. Secondly, through theoretical derivation, the conditions of realizing cancellation are obtained, and the error analysis in the whole cancellation process is completed. Then, the appropriate devices and circuits are selected. Complete the frequency source, transmission module, receive module design and layout drawing. Complete the design of the entire RF cancellation module and layout drawing. Finally, each module after assembly and debugging, complete the test work. The test results show that the cancellation ratio of the whole radio frequency cancellation system is more than 40 dB in the point frequency mode, and the cancellation ratio is more than 40 dB in the sweep mode. In the 400 MHz bandwidth, the cancellation ratio is more than 30 dB.
