【摘要】:随着近几年电子商务的迅猛发展,电子商务或已成为持续推动中国经济发展的引擎之一。电子商务崛起的同时也带动了物流行业的快速发展。随着科技的进步,新兴技术也普遍应用于物流行业,为客户提供更全面更高效的运输信息服务。凭借GPS导航和基站定位、低功耗高性能的嵌入式芯片控制、智能传感器以及无线组网等物联网技术的发展,用户可以进一步根据自身要求来完善服务,比如确定货物的位置、温湿度、震动、移动、倾覆和泄漏等多种货物状态信息。但物联网相关技术并没有得到广泛的推广使用,因此货物运输的安全监管依然采用较为传统的施封锁监管运输的保障方式。这种方式存在以下不足:功能单一、事故处理缓慢、查看效率低、监管不到位导致发生盗窃后出现责任方互相推诿的现象。传统的物流施封锁已经无法适应目前越来越高的安全管理需求。为了能够实现更高的安全管理要求,针对以上传统施封锁的不足,本文研发了新型的智能物流电子锁,并加入了云端平台控制,智能追踪和行程轨迹记录等符合新时代的智能物流管理功能和服务。对仓管和物流管理的效率、安全和服务进行了有效的提高。本电子锁具有GPS定位追踪和GPRS联网工作功能;以及唤醒运动检测等功能。本文绪论部分先是介绍了物流电子锁研制的背景、国内外研究现状,以及本课题研究的意义。接着对整个物流电子锁系统进行总体上的设计,简单介绍了电子锁总体的设计原理。介绍了电子锁的功能要求以及自身的主要特点。本文第三部分详细地介绍了物流电子锁的硬件设计方案。物流锁硬件电路部分主要包括MCU及外围电路、供电模块、面板指示灯功能、GSM通讯模块、GPS定位等模块,针对这几大模块进行了功能和需求分析,介绍了各个模块的工作原理,进而设计每个模块的硬件电路。本文第四部分是物流电子锁终端的软件设计。此部分先介绍了GPS模块和GPRS无线数据传输模块应用到的协议和数据传输规范,然后设计了目标GPS数据帧接收及解析程序和GPRS数据发送程序。第五部分主要是对电子锁的部分模块进行功能测试及平台信息显示。最后对本论文的研究课题进行总结与展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce in recent years, e-commerce has become one of the engines or Chinese continue to promote economic development. At the same time, the rise of e-commerce has also led to the rapid development of the logistics industry. With the progress of science and technology, emerging technology are widely used in the logistics industry, to provide more comprehensive and more efficient transportation information service for the clients. With GPS navigation and base station positioning, low power consumption and high performance embedded chip control, the development of smart sensors and wireless networking technology, the user can according to their own requirements to further improve services, such as determining the position of goods, temperature and humidity, vibration, moving, overturning and leakage and other goods. In order to realize the safety management of higher requirements, in view of the disadvantages above traditional application block in this paper, the research and development of intelligent logistics electronic lock, and joined the cloud platform control, intelligent tracking and travel track records in line with the new era of intelligent logistics management functions and service. The warehouse and logistics management efficiency, safety and service are effectively improved. With GPS positioning tracking and GPRS networking function the electronic lock and wake up; motion detection and other functions. The introduction part first introduces the logistics of electronic lock development background, research status at home and abroad, as well as the subject of research The significance of the whole logistics. Then the electronic lock system overall design, introduces the design principle of the electronic lock. The overall functional requirements of the electronic lock and the main features of its own. The third part of this paper introduces the hardware design of electronic lock logistics. Logistics lock hardware includes MCU and the peripheral circuit, power supply module, panel indicator function, GSM communication module, GPS positioning module, aiming at these modules function and demand analysis, introduces the working principle of each module, and then the hardware circuit design of each module. The fourth part is the software design of the terminal logistics electronic lock this part. Introduces the GPS module and GPRS wireless data transmission module is applied to the data transmission protocol and specification, and then design the target GPS data frame receiving and parsing program and GPRS data transmission program The fifth part is mainly the function test and the platform information display of the parts of the electronic lock. Finally, the research topic of this paper is summarized and prospected.
