圆极化SIW缝隙天线的研究

【摘要】:卫星通信系统要求天线具有高增益、对极化位置不敏感、能够消除电离层对电磁波的法拉第旋转效应、抗干扰性能力强等特点,因此圆极化、高增益成为卫星通信天线技术发展的重要方向。基片集成波导(SIW)缝隙天线具有高增益、高效、适用于高频的优点,并且剖面低、加工成本低,因此本文基于SIW缝隙阵列天线研究圆极化阵列的设计,提出了两种圆极化SIW缝隙天线阵列。研究内容主要包括:第一,综述了圆极化SIW缝隙天线的研究现状,分析了采用不同SIW的宽度和厚度对天线性能的影响,讨论了 SIW与微带、波导等接口的转换,研究了由于填充介质带来的SIW缝隙天线布局问题。第二,设计了一种Ka波段的SIW馈电圆极化贴片阵列天线。在SIW上表面金属层开纵缝的基础上,加载一对分裂的圆极化切角贴片,构成圆极化辐射单元。利用传统的宽边缝隙阵列设计方法,设计了 1×8线阵,得到线阵的阻抗带宽为3.1%,轴比带宽为2.3%,增益为16dB,副瓣电平值为-14dB,交叉极化隔离度为24dB。第三,提出一种SIW缝隙加载背腔十字缝的双频双圆极化共口径天线阵列天线。SIW开耦合纵缝实现阵列馈电,其上加载的背腔十字缝天线实现圆极化辐射。该辐射单元具有较好的隔离特性,适用于两个频率接近的圆极化阵列的共口径设计。针对8.2GHz和8.6GHz两不同工作频率,分别设计串联波导功分器馈电的4×8 SIW平面阵,利用交叉指型结构将两阵列组合在一起实现双频双圆极化共口径阵列天线。对研制的阵列测试得到两频率下阻抗带宽分别为1.3%和2.8%,阻抗隔离度分别为40dB和37dB,轴比带宽分别为2%和2.3%,测得中心频率处的增益均为19.3dB。本文设计的两种天线将传统波导缝隙天线改进成SIW缝隙天线阵列,在宽边纵缝上加载圆极化辐射单元,使得新的天线结构不仅具有波导缝隙天线增益高、效率高的优点,且容易实现圆极化设计,便于扩展得到高增益大阵列。天线整体结构紧凑、剖面低、可以利用PCB工艺制作,具有很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The antenna has a high gain of satellite communication system, is not sensitive to the polarization position, can eliminate the ionospheric Faraday rotation effect on electromagnetic waves, strong antijamming feature, so the circular polarization, high gain antenna technology has become an important direction of development of communication satellites. The substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) antenna with high gain, high efficiency the advantages, and is suitable for high frequency, low profile, low processing cost, so the design of SIW antenna array antenna array based on two kinds of SIW circularly polarized slot antenna array is proposed. The main research contents include: first, the status quo of SIW circularly polarized slot antenna are summarized, analyzed by different SIW the width and thickness of the antenna performance, discusses the SIW and microstrip waveguide, conversion interface, because of the SIW slot antenna layout filling medium problems. Second, design a Ka band SIW fed circularly polarized patch antenna array. Based on SIW on the surface of the metal layer on longitudinal seam, circular polarization loading a pair of split patches with corner cut, a circularly polarized radiation unit. Using the broadside slot array the traditional design method, design of the 1 * 8 line, get the linear impedance bandwidth the 3.1%, axial ratio bandwidth is 2.3%, the gain is 16dB, the sidelobe level is -14dB, cross polarization isolation is 24dB. third, a SIW slot loaded cavity cross stitch of the dual band dual polarization antenna array antenna.SIW common aperture coupling longitudinal slot array feed, loaded on the back cavity cross slot antenna to realize circularly polarized radiation. The radiation unit has good isolation characteristics, design for common aperture circular polarization array at two frequency close to the 8.2GHz and 8.6GHz. According to the two different working frequencies, respectively design of series waveguide power divider fed 4 * 8 SI W planar array, using interdigitated structure two arrays together to achieve dual band dual polarization antenna array. The common aperture array test developed by two frequency impedance bandwidth are 1.3% and 2.8%, impedance isolation is 40dB and 37dB respectively, the bandwidth of the axial ratio were 2% and 2.3%, the measured center frequency the gain was two 19.3dB. antenna designed in this paper will be the traditional waveguide slot antenna improved SIW slot antenna array, circular polarization slot loaded on the radiating element in the broadside longitudinal, makes the antenna structure not only has a new waveguide slot antenna with high gain, high efficiency, and easy to achieve circular polarization design, easy to expand high high gain antenna array. The whole structure is compact, low profile, can make use of PCB technology, has good application prospects.
