基于IP网络的视频监控系统分析与设计

【摘要】：随着互联网技术和多媒体技术的不断发展,视频监控技术已经广泛应用到单位、企业、商场及其他公共场所。视频监控系统的引用,一方面使单位管理部门能实时监控可视区域,及时处理各种突发事件;另一方面又可以大大减少不必要的人力、物力,提高工作效率,同时在安全防范和安全管理方面能够达到宏观监控与微观取证的效果。随着监控视频的画质清晰度越来越高,视频的存储量增大,视频的访问需求增多,业务类型日益复杂,而现有的网络监控底层组件已无法进行优化更新,只有通过上层软件和不同的硬件、网络、存储等一起整合才能实现人们对高清监控图像的需求,因此基于IP网络的视频监控系统应运而生。本文对基于IP网络的视频监控系统进行了研究分析,并根据郑州新郑综合保税区海关的实际监控需求,选取相关硬件,优化网络和数据库,设计了一套高清数字视频监控系统。论文主要研究内容如下:1、比较现有模拟监控系统和高清数字监控系统之间的区别,根据监控需求,提出基于IP网络的高清视频监控系统的方案,并给出系统的功能模块设计,分析了各个功能模块之间的关联关系;2、通过分析高清视频的获取,传输和存储方式,结合应用需求,给出了高清摄像机和编解码器的选取和接入方式,设计了适合高清视频传输的光纤网络,并给出了数据库的访问结构;3、结合实际应用场景,设计了测试用例,发现并改进现有问题。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet technology and multimedia technology, video surveillance technology has been widely used in units, enterprises, shopping malls and other public places. On the one hand, the management department of the unit can monitor the visual area in real time and deal with all kinds of emergencies in time; On the other hand, it can greatly reduce unnecessary manpower, material resources and improve work efficiency. At the same time, in the aspect of security prevention and security management, we can achieve the effect of macro monitoring and micro forensics. With the increasing clarity of video quality, the storage of video increases, and the demand for access to video increases. Business types are becoming more and more complex, and the existing network monitoring underlying components can no longer be optimized and updated, only through the upper software and different hardware, the network. So the video surveillance system based on IP network emerges as the times require. In this paper, the video surveillance system based on IP network is studied and analyzed. According to the actual monitoring requirements of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive bonded Zone Customs select the related hardware optimize the network and database and design a high-definition digital video surveillance system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Comparing the differences between the existing analog monitoring system and the high-definition digital monitoring system, according to the monitoring requirements, a high-definition video surveillance system based on IP network is proposed, and the design of the function module of the system is given. The relationship between each function module is analyzed. 2. Through the analysis of the acquisition, transmission and storage of HD video, combining with the application requirements, the selection and access mode of HD video camera and codec are given, and the fiber optic network suitable for HD video transmission is designed. The access structure of the database is also given. 3. Based on the practical application scenario, the test cases are designed to find and improve the existing problems.
