一种真空触发开关脉冲电源系统研究

【摘要】:脉冲电源系统性能基本取决于放电开关的特性,真空触发开关因其具有工作电压范围宽、承载电荷量高、介质恢复迅速、结构紧凑等优点,可用于脉冲电源的主开关。采用RVU-43型真空触发开关研制了一套总储能2 MJ、额定工作电压13 k V的脉冲电源。电源系统由17个118 k J电容储能模块并联组成,单个模块短路放电最大电流达52 k A,系统包含了充电、控制、测量子系统。电源在模拟负载上进行了单模块、系统同步与时序控制放电性能测试,并在电热化学发射装置上进行了发射试验。结果表明,系统输出的电流幅值较高且波形灵活可调,可靠性高,可满足电热化学发射试验的研究。
[Abstract]:The performance of pulse power supply system basically depends on the characteristics of the discharge switch. The vacuum trigger switch has the advantages of wide working voltage range, high load charge, rapid dielectric recovery, compact structure, etc. A set of pulse power supply with total energy storage 2 MJ and rated working voltage of 13 kV is developed by using RVU-43 vacuum trigger switch. The power supply system is composed of 17 118kJ capacitive energy storage modules in parallel. The maximum short-circuit discharge current of a single module is up to 52 Ka. The system includes charge, control and measurement subsystem. The power supply has a single module on the analog load, and the performance of the system synchronization and timing control discharge is tested. The results show that the output current amplitude of the system is high, the waveform is flexible and adjustable, and the reliability is high, which can satisfy the research of electrothermal chemical emission test.
