电力通信网风险分析

【摘要】:随着经济社会的发展以及智能电网建设的加速,电网的负荷量以及信息化水平不断增长,在结构、运行方式等方面呈现出越来越复杂化的特点,逐步形成一个复杂大电网。作为电力系统的信息通信专用网络,电力通信网承载着电力生产与管理的全部业务,其安全稳定对于保障电网正常运行具有关键作用。针对电力通信网开展安全风险分析工作对于保证电力通信网安全稳定运行,对于保障电力安全生产具有重要意义。本文基于电力通信网的组网特点,针对电力通信网中不同结构的网络进行针对性的风险分析,对电力通信网风险评价模型进行重点研究。对于电力通信网中安全需求非常高,采用SDH技术组网的调度数据网,侧重分析网络与电网之间的联系,利用所提拓扑单元的概念,将网络划分为多个拓扑单元。通过分析网络连接结构得到拓扑单元可靠性,并将拓扑单元所承载的业务与包含的节点重要性相结合得到拓扑单元故障严重度,最后将拓扑单元可靠性与故障严重度融合得到拓扑单元风险评价指标。根据网络各拓扑单元的风险值,计算得到评价网络整体风险的指标。而对于带宽需求高,采用OTN技术组网的综合数据网则从拓扑角度分析网络在面对不同攻击方式下维持网络连通的能力,通过分析网络脆弱性评估网络风险。利用基于因子分解法建立的K端可靠性计算模型,求解子域边界节点之间的二端可靠性,作为边界节点之间虚拟链路的可靠性值,并代替边界节点之间的拓扑结构,以简化网络结构,再结合K端可靠性模型计算网络可靠性值。最后利用随机攻击与蓄意攻击两种模型分析网络风险。结合不同网络结构特点提出针对性的风险分析方法,评价结果更具合理性与实用性,在电力通信网具备一定应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the acceleration of the construction of smart grid, the load of power grid and the level of information are increasing, and the structure and operation mode are becoming more and more complicated. As a special information and communication network of power system, electric power communication network carries all the business of power production and management. The safety and stability of the network is very important to ensure the normal operation of the power network, and to carry out security risk analysis to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power communication network, Based on the characteristics of electric power communication network, this paper analyzes the risk of different structures in electric power communication network. This paper focuses on the risk assessment model of electric power communication network. For the high security requirement in power communication network, the dispatching data network based on SDH technology is used to analyze the connection between the network and the network, and the concept of the proposed topology unit is used. The network is divided into several topological units, the reliability of the topology unit is obtained by analyzing the network connection structure, and the fault severity of the topology unit is obtained by combining the service carried by the topology unit with the importance of the node included. Finally, the risk evaluation index of topology unit is obtained by combining the reliability of topology unit with the degree of fault severity. According to the risk value of each topological unit of the network, the index of evaluating the overall risk of network is calculated. The integrated data network based on OTN technology is used to analyze the network's ability to maintain network connectivity in the face of different attack modes from the point of view of topology. By analyzing the network vulnerability assessment network risk and using the K terminal reliability calculation model based on factor decomposition method, the reliability of two terminals between subdomain boundary nodes is solved, which is regarded as the reliability value of virtual link between boundary nodes. And replace the topological structure between the boundary nodes to simplify the network structure, Finally, the network risk is analyzed by using random attack and deliberate attack models. Combined with the characteristics of different network structures, a targeted risk analysis method is proposed. The evaluation results are more reasonable and practical, and have a certain application prospect in electric power communication network.
