毫米波缝隙耦合六角形微带双工天线设计

【摘要】:本文设计了一款毫米波的具有高隔离度的微带双工贴片天线。天线由双层同样厚度的介质板构成,两条馈电结构置于下层介质板背面,且正交分布形成双极化,利用缝隙耦合进行馈电,所得能量再辐射到顶层六角形贴片,从而天线能够得到良好的匹配和较高的隔离,并且具有结构简单、增益高的优点。仿真结果表明,天线两谐振点分别为54GHz和60GH,端口隔离度可以达到60dB以上,增益分别为4.27 dBi和7.45 dBi,此时辐射效率分别为99.7%和98%。由于天线具有较高的辐射效率和端口隔离度,因此可实现双工工作。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a millimeter-wave microstrip duplex patch antenna with high isolation is designed. The antenna consists of a double-layer dielectric plate of the same thickness. The two feed structures are placed on the back of the lower dielectric plate, and the orthogonal distribution forms a double polarization. Using slot coupling to feed, the energy is radiated to the top hexagonal patch, so the antenna can get good matching and high isolation, and has the advantages of simple structure and high gain. The simulation results show that, The two resonance points of the antenna are 54GHz and 60GHz, respectively. The isolation of the antenna is above 60dB, and the gain is 4.27 dBi and 7.45 dBi.The radiation efficiency is 99.7% and 98dBi. because the antenna has high radiation efficiency and port isolation, it can realize duplex operation.
