泸州职院新校区智能安防系统的设计与优化

【摘要】:随着经济社会的发展,人们对生活环境的安全需求越来越高,传统的人防、物防已不能完全适应,智能化技防开始广泛应用。校园不同于一般的居民小区,是相对特殊的群体场所,安防系统作为学校管理的重要手段,其建设不可或缺。本文基于泸州职院新校区建设,探索一种理念先进、经济适用、可持续扩展的安防系统设计。主要工作和成果如下:1.研究分析了泸州职院新校区的安防需求,提出了智能安防系统的设计构架。根据校园整体建设规划,在已建成的一期建筑中,应包括视频监控、公共广播、身份识别、出入控制、入侵报警和巡更管理等智能子系统。2.对安防系统涉及到的几种重要技术进行了阐述,包括影音信息处理技术、网络数据存储技术、视频编码技术和智能视频监控技术,通过研究分析,了解了以上技术在安防系统中的作用和影响,为设计智能安防系统提供了理论基础。3.通过调研分析,归纳总结出了安防系统的一般设计方案。一般安防系统的设计都遵循了需求分析、功能架构设计等的基本流程,且多数包含了视频监控、门禁、车辆管理、报警等功能模块。4.研究设计了智能安防中相关功能子系统。视频监控系统作为核心型的智能安防组成,该部分完成了功能目标的制定、监控点位的分析和设计布局、监控中心、信息存储的设计和相关设备选型;完成了以校园一卡通为基础的门禁和车辆管理系统的功能设计,进行了相关设备选型;公共广播系统中完成了从功能分析、系统配置、设备选型的设计,可实现软件控制、网络传输、终端查看和监听等功能,实现了较为先进的IP广播架设;入侵报警系统属于被动防御的基础技防系统,该部分完成了前端设备、传输设备、管控设备和显示记录设备的系统构架设计,并按照相关技术标准进行设备选型与配置设计;巡更系统是为完善传统人防的管理,作为整体校园安防系统的基本组成存在,此处主要完成了巡更点的设计和巡更设备的选型。5.智能安防系统设计在泸州职院新校区中得到了初步实现,本文针对安防系统各功能模块的实现情况又进行了部分优化设计。
