水稻生产全程监测与可追溯物联网平台

【摘要】:近年来,食品安全问题层出不穷,餐桌安全受到各界人士的普遍关注,做为餐桌中最为主要的主食水稻的质量安全成为广大百姓关注的和需要解决的问题。随着物联网技术、无线传感技术、大数据处理技术以及智能终端的飞速发展,不单单在人们日常生活中带来方便,同时在环境、人和物之间形成了连接的计算机网络的镜像,为实现农业信息化、智能化带来了有力的技术支持。通过技术的有机结合,使得农产品的生产、加工、质检、包装、管理、运输等环节获得的数据更加准确、详细,但同时所产生的数据的类型更加多样化,完整的信息获取链条使得数据量在未来会呈指数上涨趋势,这无非是传统存储平台必须要面临解决的问题。在数据就是金钱的今天,对所采集、存储的这些大量的数据进行分析,并在其中挖掘出有价值的信息,通过数据的分析,为企业的生产和销售提供决策依据,从而扩大了农业生产的产量以及企业的知名度,真正将“智慧农业”引入到农产品的生产中来。为此,本文以吉林省珲春市某企业的粮食生产进行信息化建设为研究背景,利用zigbee技术、RFID射频识别技术、远程监控技术以及水稻质量图像检测技术,并结合Petri网模型,设计了一个水稻全程监测与质量可追溯的系统,本文系统内部还包括四个子系统:人员管理系统、农事记录与远程监控系统、水稻质量检测系统、库存运输跟踪系统。通过对各子系统进行详细设计以及功能分析,实现对水稻质量进行全程追踪。在实际应用中发现问题并解决问题,为水稻生产全程监测与可追溯的研究与发展提供了丰富的经验及可靠地依据。本文设计的系统主要创新点在于将Zigbee技术作为一关键技术应用到可追溯系统的设计中,并且运用远程监控技术对种植环境进行全程的监控,同时用水稻质量检测系统将其水稻质量划分出来并建立petri网模型对出现的问题进行逆向推导,及时找到出现问题的环节,极大的提高了水稻质量的合格率,同时将物联网平台与微信平台相结合,为消费者提供了购买的水稻追溯信息便捷查询的途径,使得可追溯信息系统真正用到生活中去,打造全民监督的食品安全生产链。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety problems emerge in endlessly, table safety is generally concerned by people from all walks of life, as the most important staple food rice quality and safety has become a concern and need to be solved.With the rapid development of Internet of things technology, wireless sensing technology, big data processing technology and intelligent terminal, it not only brings convenience in people's daily life, but also forms a mirror image of the computer network connected between environment, people and objects.In order to realize agricultural informatization, intelligent technology support has been brought.Through the organic combination of technology, the data obtained from the production, processing, quality inspection, packaging, management and transportation of agricultural products are more accurate and detailed, but at the same time the types of data generated are more diversified.The complete information acquisition chain makes the amount of data increase exponentially in the future, which is a problem that traditional storage platform must solve.In today's data is money, to collect, store these large amounts of data analysis, and in which to dig out valuable information, through the analysis of data, for the production and sales of enterprises to provide a basis for decision-making.Thus expanding the production of agricultural production and the visibility of enterprises, the "smart agriculture" is really introduced into the production of agricultural products.Therefore, based on the information construction of a certain enterprise in Hunchun City, Jilin Province, this paper makes use of zigbee technology, remote monitoring technology and rice quality image detection technology, and combines with Petri net model.A rice whole process monitoring and quality traceability system is designed. The system also includes four subsystems: personnel management system, agricultural record and remote monitoring system, rice quality inspection system and inventory transportation tracking system.Through the detailed design and functional analysis of each subsystem, the whole process of rice quality tracking is realized.Finding and solving the problems in practical application provides rich experience and reliable basis for the research and development of the whole process monitoring and traceability of rice production.The main innovation of the system is that the Zigbee technology is applied to the design of traceability system as a key technology, and the remote monitoring technology is used to monitor the planting environment in the whole process.At the same time, the rice quality is divided out by the rice quality inspection system and the petri net model is established to deduce the problems in reverse, to find the link of the problems in time, which greatly improves the qualified rate of rice quality.At the same time, the Internet of things platform and WeChat platform are combined to provide consumers with a convenient way to query the rice retroactive information purchased, so that the traceability information system can really be used in daily life to create a food safety production chain supervised by the whole people.
