市级配用电网的EPON通信系统研究

【摘要】:配用电环节是建设坚强智能电网的六大环节之一,是坚强智能电网的重要基础和组成部分。配用电网自动化改造的重要性体现在如下几个方面:1.配用电网直接面向电力用户,其作用举足轻重。2.配用电网的管理维护工作量远大于主网输变电管理。3.我国配用电网投资不足,自动化、智能化程度低于主网,成为制约电力系统发展瓶颈所在。而通信技术是配用电网自动化改造的重中之重,通信质量的优劣将直接影响到整个系统的运行。根据欧美、日韩等发达国家的配用电网建设经验,实现配用电网自动化是提高供电可靠性和供电质量、扩大供电能力、实现配用电网高效经济运行的重要手段,同时也是实现智能电网的重要基础之一。智能电网战略目标的提出,为配用电网自动化注入了新的内涵,也为配用电网自动化的发展明确了发展方向。本论文首先分析目前主要的配用电通信网所涉及的通信技术,并且比较了各种通信技术的最大传输速率、最大传输距离、建设成本、可靠性、适用场景等技术指标。然后通过对国内各电力公司EPON技术成熟应用案例分析,结合石嘴山市现场勘查情况,提出了基于EPON通信网络系统,适合于石嘴山市配电通信系统的配电和用电通信系统总体设计及施工方案。提出基于配用电通信系统的业务分析模型,证明EPON系统可以适用于石嘴山市的配用电通信系统,最后设计了石嘴山市EPON通信系统管理软件方案。
[Abstract]:Power distribution is one of the six links in building a strong smart grid, and it is an important foundation and component of a strong smart grid. The importance of automated transformation of distribution networks is reflected in the following aspects: 1. Distribution network is directly oriented to power users and plays an important role. Distribution network management and maintenance work is much larger than the main network power transmission and transformation management. 3. The lack of investment, automation and intelligence of distribution network in our country is lower than that of main network, which restricts the development of power system. Communication technology is the most important part of the automatic transformation of distribution network, and the quality of communication will directly affect the operation of the whole system. According to the experience of distribution network construction in developed countries, such as Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, realizing the automation of distribution network is an important means to improve the reliability and quality of power supply, expand the power supply capacity, and realize the efficient and economical operation of distribution network. At the same time, it is also one of the important bases to realize smart grid. The strategic goal of smart grid not only injects new connotation into distribution automation, but also clarifies the development direction of distribution automation. This paper first analyzes the communication technology involved in the main distribution communication network, and compares the maximum transmission rate, maximum transmission distance, construction cost, reliability, applicable scenarios and other technical indicators of various communication technologies. Then, by analyzing the mature application cases of EPON technology in domestic power companies, and combining the field survey situation of Shizuishan City, a communication network system based on EPON is put forward. The overall design and construction scheme of distribution and electric communication system suitable for distribution and communication system in Shizuishan City. A business analysis model based on distribution communication system is proposed, which proves that EPON system can be applied to distribution communication system in Shizuishan City. Finally, the management software scheme of EPON communication system in Shizuishan City is designed.
