通信基站电耗评估与节能分析

【摘要】:随着我国信息化的不断发展进步,我国移动通信行业不断加速转型升级,积极开展3G、4G网络建设及业务应用来满足市场的需求,日益增长的市场需求催生了通信行业基站的建设,随着基站数量的不断增加,导致基站电耗使用量也大大增加,同时也给基站的日常维护和管理增加了负担。如何控制基站能耗利用量,减少通信公司成本问题,对通信企业来说是个迫不及待要解决的问题。本课题以大庆移动分公司的基站信息化管理为背景,为了满足现代通信基站节约能耗与智能化管理的要求,分析讨论了基站电耗产生的根本原因,对通信基站内部各设备整体的耗电情况做出了总结和分析,同时对现代通信基站主要应用的节能技术进行了全面的分析,提出了通信基站节能的基本原则与方案。针对智能化基站管理需求,提出对通信基站采用智能风控技术,利用监控系统对通信基站室内外温湿度进行识别、判断,在满足基站正常工作环境的基础上,对基站内部空调设备开启停止及工作模式进行调控,进而达到节约电能,降低电耗的目的,提高了移动公司竞争力。在多载频基站节能算法的基础上,针对该算法的不足之处,对其进行改进,提出多载波动态信道基站节能算法,对该节能算法给出详细的描述与性能评价,并做出仿真结果与分析;针对目前基站多业务的需求,利用马尔可夫最优策略理论,提出针对多业务模式下多载频功放最优节能策略,在保证通信服务质量的基础上,对基站信道做出资源合理化安排,充分实现了基站节能的高科技化。利用智能风控技术,实现基站智能化管理,通信公司管理人员能够及时的获取基站周围环境以及内部空调和主设备耗电情况;能够对空调设备进行远程的调控;并能够及时的获取和查询预警情况,获取预警信息,做到及时问题处理,减少基站损失,保证基站正常运行并实现通信基站智能化管理,节约基站电能消耗。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of information technology in our country, the mobile communication industry in our country has been accelerating the transformation and upgrading, and the construction of the 3G 4G network and the service should be used to meet the needs of the market. The increasing market demand has given birth to the construction of the base station of the communication industry. With the increase of the number of base stations, the power consumption of the base station is increased greatly, and the daily maintenance and management of the base station is also increased. How to control the energy consumption of the base station and reduce the cost of the communication company is an urgent problem for the communication enterprise. In order to meet the requirement of energy saving and intelligent management of modern communication base station, the basic reasons of base station power consumption are analyzed and discussed in order to meet the background of base station information management of Daqing Mobile Company. This paper summarizes and analyzes the power consumption of the whole equipment in the communication base station, and analyzes the main energy-saving technology used in the modern communication base station, and puts forward the basic principle and scheme of the communication base station energy saving. According to the demand of intelligent base station management, this paper puts forward the intelligent risk control technology for the communication base station, and uses the monitoring system to identify and judge the temperature and humidity inside and outside the communication base station, on the basis of satisfying the normal working environment of the base station. In order to save electric energy, reduce power consumption and improve the competitiveness of mobile companies, the opening and stopping of air conditioning equipment in base station and the operation mode are regulated. On the basis of the energy-saving algorithm of multi-carrier frequency base station, aiming at the shortcomings of the algorithm, the energy-saving algorithm of multi-carrier dynamic channel base station is proposed, and the detailed description and performance evaluation of the energy-saving algorithm are given. The simulation results and analysis are made. According to the demand of the current multi-service base station and the theory of Markov optimal strategy, the optimal energy-saving strategy for multi-carrier frequency power amplifier under multi-service mode is proposed, which ensures the quality of communication service. Make the resource rationalization arrangement to the base station channel, fully realize the high technology of the base station energy saving. The intelligent risk control technology is used to realize the intelligent management of the base station. The managers of the communication company can obtain the surrounding environment of the base station and the power consumption of the internal air conditioning and main equipment in time, and can carry on the remote control to the air conditioning equipment. It can obtain and inquire early warning information, get warning information, deal with problems in time, reduce base station loss, ensure the normal operation of base station and realize intelligent management of communication base station, and save base station electric energy consumption.
