高清手机镜头设计及工艺研究

【摘要】:现代生活中,手机已经成为了人们生活中必不可少的一部分,照相功能作为手机的基本功能也越来越受到消费者的关注。市场上用户对手机性能的选择照相指标已经作为首位;高像素实用型照相手机已经成为广大消费者竞相首选的对象,因此,设计一款高像素轻薄型手机镜头具有重要的现实意义。本文主要围绕焦距是3.5 mm手机镜头光学系统设计展开,首先介绍了手机镜头的发展趋势,本研究目的意义以及光学镜头设计的参数要求。接着介绍了手机镜头的相关知识、同时也研究了作为手机镜头的光学系统初始结构的特点及类型等。设计了焦距是3.5mm手机镜头,系统尺寸紧凑4.149mm;传递函数在/446mmlp处MTF≥0.1、场曲小于0.1mm、畸变小于%1。通过对所设计的手机镜头光学系统的公差分析和镜片加工工艺分析,结果表明公差合理及加工工艺可行。
[Abstract]:In modern life, mobile phone has become an indispensable part of people's life. As a basic function of mobile phone, photographic function has been paid more and more attention by consumers. In the market, the camera index of mobile phone performance has been the first choice; the high-pixel practical camera phone has become the first choice of consumers, so, It is of great practical significance to design a high-pixel lightweight mobile phone lens. This paper focuses on the design of optical system for 3.5mm mobile phone lens with focal length. Firstly, the development trend of mobile phone lens, the significance of this study and the requirements of optical lens design parameters are introduced. Then the knowledge of mobile phone lens is introduced, and the characteristics and types of the initial structure of optical system as mobile phone lens are also studied.
