城市中中波台对周边电磁环境的影响

【摘要】:随着社会经济发展和城市化进程持续加快,原本建于城市边缘的中波台被城区所包围。而中波发射设备因发射功率和发射原理等原因,导致周边电磁辐射水平较高,在靠近中波发射天线的区域电场强度甚至有可能超过国家标准《电磁环境控制限值》(GB8702-2014)的规定。本文以内蒙古西部某市某中波台为研究样本,在其各设备正常运行期间对各发射天线(塔)和中波台周边环境保护目标进行电磁辐射现状测量,布设了330个测量点位获取了1650个数据,根据数据分析中波台附近区域距离与电场强度的趋势关系,得出以下结论:(1)中波发射塔周边区域电场强度随着与发射塔距离的增加而迅速衰减,7m后电场强度值均低于中波的公众曝露控制限值40V/m。(2)超短波广播发射塔电场强度值随距离的增加整体也呈递减趋势,500m范围内电场强度值低于公众曝露控制限值(12V/m)。(3)正常运行时,发射机房内部分操作位置电场强度超出《电磁环境控制限值》(GB 8702-2014)规定的公众曝露控制限值;控制室内部分位置电场强度较高。(4)现中波台厂界外最近的环境保护目标电场强度值在(0.8-1.1)V/m间,远低于《电磁环境控制限值》的规定限值。(5)根据对中波和超短波发射天线场强叠加理论预测结果,该中波台规划搬迁后,距发射塔水平500m以外电磁辐射满足环保要求,从环境防护距离来看,500m防护距离,可满足要求。本研究可为环保部门今后对中波台的监督管理提供可靠的数据依据,同时以数据为依据消除公众对中波台电磁辐射影响的恐慌心理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, the middle wave platform built on the edge of the city is surrounded by the urban area. Due to the transmission power and emission principle, the electromagnetic radiation level of the medium wave transmitting equipment is high, and the electric field intensity in the area near the medium wave transmitting antenna may exceed the national standard "electromagnetic environment control limit" (GB8702-2014). Taking a medium wave station in a city in the west of Inner Mongolia as the research sample, the electromagnetic radiation status of each transmitting antenna (tower) and environmental protection target around the medium wave station is measured during the normal operation of each equipment. 1650 data were obtained by setting 330 measuring points. According to the data, the trend relationship between the distance near the middle wave station and the electric field intensity was analyzed. The following conclusion is drawn: (1) the electric field intensity of the area around the medium wave transmitting tower decreases rapidly with the increase of distance from the tower to the transmitting tower. After 7 m, the electric field intensity is lower than the public exposure control limit of 40 V / m. 2) the electric field intensity of the ultrashort wave broadcasting tower is lower than that of the medium wave transmission tower. The electric field intensity in the range of 500m is lower than that of the public exposure control limit (12V / m) when the electric field intensity is lower than that of the public exposure control limit (12V / m ~ (3)) when the value increases with the increase of the distance. The electric field intensity of some operating position in the launching machine room exceeds the public exposure control limit specified in < electromagnetic environment control limit value > GB8702-2014); The electric field intensity of the part of the control room is relatively high.) at present, the nearest target electric field intensity of environmental protection outside the middle wave station factory is between 0.8-1.1 V / m, According to the prediction results of field strength superposition theory of medium wave and ultrashort wave transmitting antennas, the electromagnetic radiation beyond 500m from the transmitting tower level can meet the environmental protection requirements after the planned relocation of the medium wave station. According to the distance of environmental protection, the distance of 500 m protection can meet the requirements. This study can provide reliable data basis for environmental protection department to supervise and manage the medium wave station in the future, and at the same time, it can eliminate the public panic about the electromagnetic radiation influence of the medium wave station on the basis of the data.
