液晶显示器玻璃基板切割机构优化设计

【摘要】:目前,液晶显示器在各行各业得到了广泛的运用,而液晶显示器的基础部分就是玻璃基板,玻璃切割机作为加工玻璃基板不可或缺的生产设备之一,它的切割精度直接影响着产品的最终质量。本论文对全自动玻璃切割机进行了相关设计与分析研究。针对玻璃切割机全自动化的需求,以及对后期的装配、调试以及并线工作的综合考虑,先是对玻璃切割机进行了总体方案的设计,并着重对光学扫描系统、推料系统、工作台及其支撑结构进行了设计,然后对推料系统中的丝杠副进行了选型、分析以及校核,紧接着又基于ADAMS对工作台的旋转及轴向运动进行了动力学仿真,基于有限元对工作台的支撑机构进行了优化设计,最后通过大量的试验,对玻璃切割机的工作流程进行了优化。后期证明,此次的设计完全满足客户的需求,而且大大的提高了生产效率和产品的合格率。
[Abstract]:At present, liquid crystal display has been widely used in various industries, and the basic part of liquid crystal display is glass substrate. Glass cutting machine is one of the indispensable production equipment for processing glass substrate. Its cutting precision directly affects the final quality of the product. This paper has carried on the correlation design and the analysis to the automatic glass cutting machine. Aiming at the requirement of full automation of glass cutting machine and the comprehensive consideration of assembly, debugging and parallel line work in the later stage, the overall scheme of glass cutting machine is designed, and the optical scanning system and pushing system are emphasized. The work table and its supporting structure are designed, and then the screw pairs in the pushing system are selected, analyzed and checked. Then the dynamic simulation of the rotation and axial motion of the table is carried out based on ADAMS. The supporting mechanism of the worktable is optimized based on finite element method, and the working flow of the glass cutting machine is optimized by a large number of experiments. The later period proved that this design completely meets the customer's demand, and greatly improves the production efficiency and the product qualified rate.
