基站机房动力与环境监控系统前端控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着3G/4G无线通信网络在全国范围内的普遍使用和商业运营的成熟,公众对无线通信的质量和稳定要求越来越高。在三大运营商的基站项目合并划归铁塔公司统一管理的背景下,对基站监控系统的设计做了分析,研究了基站监控系统的数据处理方式和无线传输方式的设计与实现。本文设计的监控系统重点是采用了基于嵌入式系统的ARM微处理器作为监控系统的监控前端控制模块,4G无线网络通信作为监控系统的传输通道。本文分析了监控系统的需求,对监控系统的整体方案进行了分析,分模块对系统的功能进行了设计,将系统分成三个主要模块来介绍,包括数据采集模块、前端控制模块和网络传输模块。首先对数据采集模块,分析了需要采集的数据类型,对不同的数据类型采用了不同的采集方式。其次重点对前端控制模块进行分析,搭建了嵌入式系统的开发环境虚拟机,移植了ARM开发板的操作系统,在ARM开发板上通过自动化运行程序实现了对数据的预处理,选用实时发送报警信息数据、定时发送正常工作数据和监控中心查询之后才发送数据的方式。最后对网络传输模块进行介绍,通过4G无线网络通信的方式实现监控前端与监控中心服务器的数据通信,采用Nginx和PHP技术在ARM开发板上进行web-server服务器的搭建,之后开放两个网络接口实现数据传输和命令接收。该系统通过实验室环境和现场各项测试,测试结果表明,通过选用ARM组成前端控制系统的主控单元对数据进行预处理,能够减少数据的传输量,提高数据传输的效率。通过采用3G/4G无线网络传输的方式克服了偏远地区监控系统架设困难的难题。
[Abstract]:With the widespread use of 3G/4G wireless communication network and the maturity of commercial operation, the quality and stability of wireless communication are increasingly required by the public. Under the background that the base station project of the three major operators is merged into the unified management of the Iron Tower Company, the design of the base station monitoring system is analyzed, and the design and implementation of the data processing mode and wireless transmission mode of the base station monitoring system are studied. The emphasis of this paper is to use the ARM microprocessor based on embedded system as the monitoring front-end control module and 4G wireless network communication as the transmission channel of the monitoring system. This paper analyzes the requirements of the monitoring system, analyzes the overall scheme of the monitoring system, designs the functions of the system by modules, and introduces the system into three main modules, including the data acquisition module. Front-end control module and network transmission module. Firstly, the data types needed to be collected are analyzed for the data acquisition module, and different data collection methods are adopted for different data types. Secondly, the front-end control module is analyzed, the virtual machine of embedded system development environment is built, the operating system of ARM development board is transplanted, and the data preprocessing is realized through the automatic running program on the ARM development board. The method of sending alarm information data in real time and sending normal working data and monitoring center inquiry is chosen. Finally, the network transmission module is introduced, the data communication between the monitoring front end and the monitoring center server is realized by 4G wireless network communication, and the web-server is built on the ARM development board using Nginx and PHP technology. After that, two network interfaces are opened to realize data transmission and command receiving. The test results show that the data can be preprocessed by using ARM as the main control unit of the front-end control system, which can reduce the amount of data transmission and improve the efficiency of data transmission. By using 3G/4G wireless network transmission, the difficult problem of remote monitoring system is overcome.
