基于ERTEC 200P的PROFINET工控网关的研制
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial field communication bus technology, PROFINET has gradually become the mainstream technology of communication between many industrial equipment. At present, the sensors, actuators, intelligent instruments and so on, which are widely used in the industrial field, provide the serial interface through embedded single-chip microcomputer to realize the serial communication with the external system. Therefore, through the development of a PROFINET gateway, it is of great significance that the devices embedded with Modbus protocol can be connected to the PROFINET network through RS-485. According to the requirements of industrial control field communication, this paper studies and analyzes the PROFINET protocol, Modbus protocol and PROFINET gateway technology. The ERTEC 200p chip of industrial Ethernet device series provided by Siemens is used as the main processor, and the high speed and large capacity SDRAM memory, NOR Flash memory and other interface circuits are expanded externally to form the hardware board based on ERTEC 200p. This hardware board runs e-Cos embedded real-time operating system, PROFINET protocol stack, and makes application development in the upper layer of the protocol stack. A development board based on chip STM32F103VET6 is designed, which runs the master station program of Modbus protocol on the expansion board. The expansion board provides the connection between RS-485 and industrial field equipment, and makes application and development on the expansion board. The hardware board based on ERTEC 200p and the expansion board based on STM32F103VET6 are connected by 11 GPIO channels to form the hardware of PROFINET gateway. Finally, by building a hardware and software platform, the communication between the devices embedded in Modbus protocol and the devices embedded in PROFINET protocol is debugged on-line, and the performance index of the system is tested by experiments. Test results: from the Modbus protocol to send data from the station end, the PROFINET protocol terminal can receive the corresponding data; The data is sent from the PROFINET protocol and the Modbus protocol can receive the corresponding data from the station, which has the diagnostic function. The functional development of the gateway is completed, which has a certain practical value.
