基于几何基础上的随机MIMO信道模型及仿真研究

【摘要】:多输入多输出(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output, MIMO)技术已经成为移动通信不可或缺的一部分,在不增加发射功率前提下能够使系统的信道容量得到很大的提升,这能够很好的缓解频谱资源紧张的情形。然而,仅仅依靠MIMO技术来提高无线通信系统的信道容量是不够的,系统容量的增加还要很大程度的依赖于MIMO无线信道的特性;同时,研究基于MIMO的各种关键技术和处理算法也需要建立MIMO信道的模型,进行相应的信道特性参数的仿真,以便评估各种处理算法的优劣和所用模型系统性能的好坏。本文主要研究并总结了WINNER和COST2100随机信道模型的建模、仿真以及模型之间的特性参数的比较。建立在几何基础上的WINNER和COST2100随机信道模型是第四代(4G)移动通信MIMO信道仿真中两种最为重要模型并广泛应用。WINNER模型已在全球4G信道仿真中得到具体应用。由于COST2100信道模型不同的物理机制和优点,也是近年来信道领域研究和应用热点,但对于这两种模型在具体场景下的比较和在具体应用场景下的有效性和契合度还没有这方面的研究工作。本文基于室内环境,利用两种不同模型开展对其信道进行仿真研究。在视距(Line-of-Sight, LOS)和非视距(Non-Line-of-Sight, NLOS)的情况下,对信道的功率时延谱、莱斯因子、信道容量、时延扩展和角度扩展等信道特性参数进行仿真对比,再利用实际测试数据的分析结果作为佐证来验证两个模型的契合度以及模型的实用性。WINNER模型作为一个在全球已经得到广泛应用的信道模型,其主要应用于2-5GHz频段。对于毫米波频段现在还没有一个普遍认可的模型。本文将WINNER平台应用于60GHz的毫米波段。本文主要基于室内环境,分析测试数据并提取信道特性参数的统计特性,将得到的特性参数应用于WINNER平台并对其进行模型仿真。通过测试得到实验数据,并对实验数据进行处理仿真得到其特性参数曲线。将测试结果与WINNER模型仿真得到的结果进行对比分析。验证WINNER模型在毫米波段也有广泛的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Multiple input multiple output (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output, MIMO) technology has become an indispensable part of mobile communication. Without increasing the transmission power, the channel capacity of the system can be greatly improved. This can alleviate the shortage of spectrum resources. However, it is not enough to rely on MIMO technology to improve the channel capacity of wireless communication system, and the increase of system capacity depends on the characteristics of MIMO wireless channel to a great extent. At the same time, it is necessary to establish the model of MIMO channel and simulate the corresponding channel characteristic parameters in order to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various processing algorithms and the performance of the model system used in the study of various key technologies and processing algorithms based on MIMO. In this paper, the modeling, simulation and comparison of characteristic parameters between WINNER and COST2100 random channel models are studied and summarized. The WINNER and COST2100 random channel models based on geometry are the two most important models in the fourth generation (4G) mobile communication MIMO channel simulation and are widely used. Winner model has been applied in the global 4G channel simulation. Due to the different physical mechanisms and advantages of COST2100 channel model, it is also a hot research and application topic in the field of channel in recent years. However, there is no research work on the comparison of the two models in specific scenarios and the effectiveness and coincidence of the two models in specific application scenarios. In this paper, based on the indoor environment, two different models are used to simulate the channel. In the case of line-of-sight (Line-of-Sight, LOS) and non-line-of-sight (Non-Line-of-Sight, NLOS), the channel characteristic parameters, such as power delay spectrum, Rice factor, channel capacity, delay spread and angle spread, are simulated and compared. Then the analysis results of the actual test data are used as evidence to verify the coincidence of the two models and the practicability of the model. Win model, as a channel model which has been widely used in the world, is mainly used in 2-5GHz frequency band. There is no generally accepted model for millimeter wave band. In this paper, the WINNER platform is applied to the millimeter band of 60GHz. In this paper, based on the indoor environment, the test data are analyzed and the statistical characteristics of channel characteristic parameters are extracted. The obtained characteristic parameters are applied to WINNER platform and simulated. The experimental data are obtained by test, and the characteristic parameter curves are obtained by processing and simulating the experimental data. The test results are compared with those obtained by WINNER model simulation. It is verified that the WINNER model has a wide range of application prospects in millimeter band.
