特种行业SDH传输设备设计与实现

【摘要】:本文论述了SDH传输设备在煤矿等特种行业的应用实现,SDH可以承载的通用数据信号包括以太网、CAN、RS232、RS485、语音业务以及SDH的基本传输单元E1信号等,基本可以涵盖目前特种通信行业内使用的数据信号种类。SDH是一种将数据复接、线路传输及交换功能融为一体、并由统一网管系统操作的综合信息传送网络。SDH具有如下优点:业务的实时监控、网络的动态维护、各个厂商设备间的网络互通等,已在我国电信级骨干网络中被广泛采用,且价格越来越低。而目前煤矿等特种通信行业采用的主干网络通信方式依旧是传统的以太网,随着越来越多高质量信号例如高清视频的引入,以太网容易产生数据冲突的弊端越来越明显,信号传输的不及时就可能带来不必要的安全隐患,如果这类特种通信行业也能将SDH应用到主干网络通信中,那不仅实时性更好,安全性更高,同时也能非常方便的接入电信级主干网络,构成物联网,极大的方便整体调度。本文主要内容有:SDH技术应用于煤矿等特种通信行业的研究背景、研究现状和技术发展趋势,SDH的基本原理;应用于特种通信行业的SDH设备的设计目标、技术指标和整体设计方案;应用于特种通信行业的SDH设备的硬件设计方法,选用意法半导体公司的STM32-ARM芯片作为主要管理芯片、Alter公司主流的Cyclone Ⅳ E系列EP4CE30-FPGA作为核心芯片进行电路功能设计,接口部分采用隔离模块实现特种通信行业对于接口的要求;应用于特种通信行业的SDH设备的嵌入式程序设计,包括操作系统、软件架构、功能实现等内容;应用于特种通信行业的SDH设备的网络管理软件设计方法,包括网元管理系统(EMS)、功能定义和实现、人机界面等内容;应用于特种通信行业的SDH设备的实现和调试等。本文设计实现的应用于特种行业的SDH传输设备,具有实时性好,安全性高,容易接入电信级主干通信网络等特点。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the application and implementation of SDH transmission equipment in coal mine and other special industries. The general data signals that SDH can carry include Ethernet, CAN,RS232,RS485, voice service and E1 signal of basic transmission unit of SDH, etc. It can basically cover the types of data signals used in the current special communication industry. SDH is a kind of integration of data multiplex, line transmission and switching functions. The integrated information transmission network operated by the unified network management system. SDH has the following advantages: real-time monitoring of services, dynamic maintenance of the network, network interworking between the equipment of various manufacturers, and so on, which have been widely used in the telecommunications backbone network of our country. And the price is getting lower and lower. At present, the backbone network communication method used in coal mine and other special communication industries is still the traditional Ethernet. With the introduction of more and more high-quality signals such as high-definition video, the disadvantages of Ethernet data conflict are becoming more and more obvious. If the signal transmission is not timely, it may bring unnecessary security hidden dangers. If this kind of special communication industry can also apply SDH to the backbone network communication, it will not only have better real-time performance, but also have higher security. At the same time, it can also be very convenient to access the telecommunications level backbone network, forming the Internet of things, which is very convenient for overall scheduling. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the research background, research status and technical development trend of SDH technology applied in coal mine and other special communication industries, and the basic principles of SDH; The design goal, technical index and overall design scheme of SDH equipment used in special communication industry. The hardware design method of SDH equipment in special communication industry is carried out. The STM32-ARM chip of Italian semiconductor company is selected as the main management chip, and the mainstream Cyclone IV E series EP4CE30-FPGA of Alter company is used as the core chip to design the circuit function. In the interface part, the isolation module is used to realize the interface requirements of the special communication industry. Embedded program design of SDH devices used in special communication industry, including operating system, software architecture, function realization and so on. The design method of network management software for SDH equipment used in special communication industry includes the definition and implementation of (EMS), function of network element management system, man-machine interface and so on, and the realization and debugging of SDH equipment applied in special communication industry. The SDH transmission equipment designed and implemented in this paper has the characteristics of good real-time, high security and easy access to telecom backbone communication network.
