基于物联网技术的智能箱包系统

【摘要】:随着社会的不断发展,经济的高速增长,人们生活水平的迅猛提升,随之而来的是人们的生活范围在不断的扩大,同时人们旅行的频率也在不断的提高。人们在享受着便捷交通的同时,也不断的被旅途中的各种问题所纠缠着。其中旅途中行李丢失是最为突出的问题。在当前时代背景下,人们旅行具有运动速度快、旅行距离远、目的地陌生等特点,同时轨道交通和公共交通设施具有车次频率高、客流量大、乘客成分复杂等特点,所以一旦行李落在火车、公交车、出租车等公共交通设施上很难找回。并且在火车站、汽车站、机场等人流量,人口成分复杂的地方很容易出现行李错拿、丢失的情况。如何设计一种可同时实现防盗、可追踪、可报警等功能,并且成本适中、可靠稳定、利于扩展的智能箱包系统就显得尤其重要了。现在市面上的拉杆箱在旅行中的用户体验性能较差,只能在拉杆箱与手机相连接时才能记录拉杆箱为位置,一旦拉杆箱丢失,现有产品在追回上基本上无能为力。并且现有的智能拉杆箱都是以“智能”二字作为噱头,其在续航时间上普遍不长,基本采用的是干电池。无法实现拉杆箱的远程定位与找回。针对现场有产品的种种不足,本文提出一种基于物联网技术的智能箱包系统,可以通过移动终端设备对智能箱包进行实时路径监控,实现丢失报警与找回功能,不仅能够防丢失,还可以实现开箱提醒,开箱照明功能,其内置锂电池不同于干电池蓄电功能差可直接用室电充电。并且开发专属的智能拉杆箱APP,实现人机互联带给用户更便捷更舒适更安全地旅行体验。系统主要包括定位系统、运动状态监控系统、通信系统、蓝牙通信系统和手机APP客户端。定位系统以GPS全球定位系统为基础,为了实现远程的路径监控,结合信息融合进行捷联导航开发,实现定位的精准高效。运动状态监控系统以三轴陀螺仪和加速度计为基础,结合定位系统中的捷联导航算法,设计姿态角解析算法,实现箱包姿态角度准确解析,从而达到运动状态监控的目的。通信系统以GPRS模块为核心开发,使箱包可以接入4G移动网络,当箱包与用户脱离后通过4G网络与用户进行通信。蓝牙通信系统以蓝牙4.0技术为核心实现箱包与手机客户端的链接,同时设计RSSI测距算法实现箱包与用户距离的距离计算,从而实现箱包的防盗功能,即在箱包与用户距离超过十米时,箱包与APP同时报警。除此之外,本系统为了人机的交互体验,开发基于Android平台的APP客户端,内置地图实现远程定位与找回、防盗和状态监控的可视化。本文以硬件电路为依托展开,主要对定位、通信、蓝牙、电源进行电路设计与研制。使用STM32处理器作为系统的主控芯片,采用SIM808完成对蓝牙、通信、定位功能的电路开发。在硬件开发的基础上,设计捷联导航和运动状态监控算法,并设计APP客户端。通过测试,系统的各部分电路设计合理可靠,算法稳定准确,APP运行流畅达到了预期的设计目标和要求,为基于物联网技术的智能箱包系统进一步的优化与升级提供基础。

In which the loss of luggage in the journey is the most outstanding issue. in that present era, people travel have the characteristics of fast moving speed, long travel distance, strange destination and the like, and meanwhile, the rail transit and the public transport facilities have the characteristics of high vehicle sub-frequency, large passenger flow, complex passenger components and the like, so that once the luggage is on the train and the bus, The taxi and other public transport facilities are difficult to retrieve. In addition, in the train station, the bus station, the airport and other people's traffic, the complicated place of the population is easy to carry out the baggage mistake, the lost condition. It is especially important to design a smart case system which can realize the functions of anti-theft, trackable and alarm, and has the functions of moderate cost, reliable and stable, and being beneficial to the expansion. The pull-bar box on the market is in poor performance in the travel, and can only be used to record the position of the draw bar box when the draw bar box is connected with the mobile phone, and the existing product can be basically powerless when the draw bar box is lost. And the existing intelligent pull rod box is used as an intelligent head with the word intelligence, which is generally not long in the endurance time, and basically adopts a dry battery. And can not realize the remote location and recovery of the draw bar box. Aiming at the defects of the product in the field, the invention provides an intelligent bag system based on the Internet of Things technology, which can carry out real-time path monitoring on the intelligent bag through the mobile terminal equipment, realize the loss alarm and the recovery function, not only can prevent the loss, but also can realize the open-box reminding, And the built-in lithium battery is different from the power storage function difference of the dry battery and can be directly charged by the chamber. And the exclusive intelligent pull-bar box APP is developed, so that the man-machine interconnection can be realized to bring a more convenient and more comfortable and safer traveling experience for the user. The system mainly comprises a positioning system, a motion state monitoring system, a communication system, a Bluetooth communication system and a mobile phone APP client. The positioning system is based on the GPS global positioning system. In order to realize the remote path monitoring, the strapdown navigation development is carried out in combination with the information fusion to realize the accurate and efficient positioning. The motion state monitoring system is based on the three-axis gyroscope and the accelerometer, and combined with the strapdown navigation algorithm in the positioning system, the attitude angle analysis algorithm is designed, so that the position angle of the case is accurately analyzed, so that the purpose of monitoring the motion state is achieved. The communication system is developed by using the GPRS module as the core, so that the case can be connected with the 4G mobile network, and when the case is separated from the user, the case can be communicated with the user through the 4G network. The Bluetooth communication system uses the Bluetooth 4.0 technology as the core to realize the link between the case and the mobile phone client, and meanwhile, the RSSI ranging algorithm is designed to realize the distance calculation between the case and the user, so as to realize the anti-theft function of the case, that is, when the case and the user are more than ten meters, the case and the APP simultaneously alarm.
