DX发射机音频系统板卡测试平台设计与应用

【摘要】:广播,作为一种获取外界信息的媒介已被大众熟知。十九世纪中叶,电话的诞生为广播的创始打下了坚实的技术基础。之后,广播的发展之路迅速开拓起来,世界各地的广播电台陆续建立,这给人们的生活及工作带来的便捷是无可替代的。随着科学技术的不断发展,广播的形式也是日渐多样化:局域性受限的有线广播发展为收听范围广泛的无线广播;之前广播的设备为分立元器件,而如今发展为集成一体化的设备;之前的模拟信号广播发展为如今的数字信号广播;发射机元器件控制方式由原来的继电器逐一独立控制变化为现在的可编程时序逻辑控制器PLC;而今更智能、更快捷的网络方式广播也逐渐被人们所知,出现在人们的生活中。特别在近几年,我国的无线广播经过几代人的努力,主要设备已经完成了技术改造。无线广播的播音工作已经走上持续稳定的成熟发展道路。我们机房有3台DX-200型号的发射机,每个DX-200功率单元(PB)中音频系统由模拟输入板,A/D转换板、调制编码板组成。而这三块板卡及其备份板卡所需用量都不少,特别是每部发射机上都要使用到7块调制编码板。如果是6并机(DX-1200)的情况,最高使用量可达四十二块板卡之多,而DX所有板卡均为美国HARRIS公司生产的,每年备份板卡的需求数量相当大,如果全部从国外进口的话,首先是订货的周期很长,往往设备出现了故障但备份板卡却还没到货,从而影响传输发射的安全,其次是费用很高而且售后服务不能及时到位,于是我们承接了研发DX机部分板卡的任务。但是我机房的播音任务很重,没有足够的时间让这些板卡上机测试,我台历来就有着勇于自主创新的精神,因此又自主研发了DX音频系统测试平台,此平台模拟了发射机音频系统设计,让我们生产的板卡的性能在不上机的情况下就能得到测试。这个测试平台处理方式由三方面来完成:音频源处理、射频输入源处理以及所需的电源处理。我台自主研发的DX音频系统测试平台很大程度地节约了发射机的日常维护成本,同时又不会影响发射机的播音质量。而且备份板卡的测试从此不再受到播音时间的限制,从而提高了板卡国产化生产的效率。在该测试平台投入使用后,不再需要上机对备份板卡进行测试,这样避免了上机测试时插拔过程影响到其他部件,非常有效地保障了发射机的播音安全,同样保证发射机的各项电声指标能够达到行业的甲级水平,并且播音效果非常优良。

In the middle of the nineteenth century, the birth of the telephone set a solid technical basis for the founding of the radio. After that, the development path of broadcasting has been developed rapidly, and the radio stations around the world have been set up in succession, which can bring convenience to people's life and work. With the development of science and technology, the form of broadcasting is becoming more and more diverse: local limited cable broadcasting is developed to listen to a wide range of radio broadcasts; the previously broadcast equipment is a discrete component, and is now developed into an integrated and integrated device; the prior analog signal broadcasting is developed into the present digital signal broadcasting; the control mode of the transmitter and the device is changed from the original relay one by one to the present programmable timing logic controller PLC; and now, the more intelligent and faster network mode broadcasting is gradually known, It's in people's lives. In recent years, especially in recent years, the wireless broadcasting of our country has undergone several generations' efforts, and the main equipment has completed the technical transformation. The broadcasting of radio broadcasting has been on a sustainable and stable development path. We have three DX-200 models in our computer room, and the audio system in each DX-200 power unit (PB) consists of an analog input board, an A/ D conversion board, and a modulation coding board. And the required amount of the three board cards and the backup boards of the three boards is not less, and in particular, seven modulation coding boards are to be used on each transmitter. If it is the case of the 6-parallel machine (DX-1200), the maximum usage amount can reach as much as forty-two block boards, and the DX all board cards are manufactured by the HARRIS company in the United States, and the demand quantity of the backup board per year is relatively large, and if all imported from the foreign countries, first, the order is long, As a result, the equipment has failed but the backup board has not arrived, thus affecting the safety of the transmission and transmission, and the second is the high cost and the after-sales service cannot be in place in time, so that we have undertaken the task of developing the part of the board of the DX machine. However, the broadcasting task of my machine room is very heavy, there is not enough time to test the board, and I have always had the spirit of self-innovation, so I developed the DX audio system test platform independently, this platform simulates the design of the transmitter audio system, The performance of the board produced by us can be tested without being on the machine. This test platform process is accomplished by three aspects: audio source processing, radio frequency input source processing, and required power processing. The self-developed DX audio system test platform greatly saves the daily maintenance cost of the transmitter and does not affect the broadcasting quality of the transmitter. And the test of the backup board card is no longer limited by the broadcasting time, so that the production efficiency of the localization of the board is improved. after the test platform is put into operation, the machine is no longer required to test the backup board card, The invention also ensures that the various electroacoustic indexes of the transmitter can reach the first-class level of the industry, and the broadcasting effect is very good.
