【摘要】:人口老龄化问题已成为关系到国计民生的大事,落实好老年人的养老问题不仅仅是一项民生工程,也是一项民心工程。国家和政府不断加强医疗政策的改革力度,医院及养老机构大量的护理床需要改善与升级。本文针对高龄老人和需要卧床的病人研制了一种多功能护理床,该多功能护理床具有支背保护、升降、曲腿、左右翻身、康复训练等功能。论文的主要研究内容包括:1.按中华人民共和国行业标准YY0003-90以及GB/T10000-1998中国成年人人体尺寸标准,结合多功能护理床应满足的安全性、功能、人体工程学等需求,将多功能护理床床板划分为对应功能的8块关联组合床板,并确定了多功能护理床各床板的尺寸参数。2.从多功能护理床的支背与支背保护功能需求出发,提出了实现支背保护功能的空间轮系连杆串联组合新机构,分析了该机构的组成机理。以支背床框作为圆锥直齿行星轮系行星架的传动方案,仅用一个驱动同时实现上身侧板与支背床板联锁驱动,且结构紧凑。通过按两连架杆所需实现3组位置,对实现保护功能的四杆机构进行了机构尺度综合,实现了上身保护侧板翻转角速度在支背运动前半行程逐渐增加,后半行程逐渐减少的功能。3.提出基于翻身模式的嵌套式组合翻身床框及其新型翻身机构,采用两个对称布置曲柄滑块和摆杆的串联组合机构实现左右侧翻功能;通过对翻身机构进行运动学分析得出了上身侧板翻转角度与驱动滑块位移之间的关系。4.根据多功能护理床需要满足床身高度、床身前后倾斜角度可调节的要求;给出三种机构运动方案,提出新型基于两个双摇杆机构的多功能护理床升降机构,该机构能以最小的包络空间实现多功能护理床的倾斜角度和高度调节;该机构的机架、摇杆和连杆尺度保证了机构具有折叠特性,机构高度调节范围大;升降机构的提升高度近似为摇杆与连杆延伸段的杆长之和,且多功能护理床中心点的轨迹近似为一条直线。5.根据多功能护理床需实现腿部康复训练的要求,提出了三种实现曲腿功能的运动方案,对各运动方案进行运动学分析和仿真,实现了方案优选,设计研制了实现曲腿功能的平行四边形和曲柄滑块串联组合机构。6.对多功能护理床的关键零部件进行了有限元仿真分析,利用solidworks simulation对支背机构、升降机构、曲腿机构的关键零部件进行了有限元分析,得出关键零部件应力与形变分布,得出所设计零件满足强度、变形、刚度指标的结论,为多功能护理床结构产业化奠定基础。
[Abstract]:The problem of population aging has become related to the implementation of pension issues beneficial to the people's livelihood event, the elderly is not only a livelihood project, is also a popular project. The state and the government continue to strengthen the reform of health care policy, nursing bed hospital and many pension institutions need to improve and upgrade. This paper aims at the elderly and to bed the patient developed a multifunctional nursing bed, the multifunctional nursing bed has a back protection, lifting, curved legs, turning around, rehabilitation training and other functions. By pressing the two links needed to achieve 3 position, the four bar mechanism to realize protection function of organization scale integrated, the upper body protection side plate rolling angle speed increased gradually in the first half of the trip the back supporting function of.3. movement, gradually reduce the proposed travel half nested combination mode turn over turn over bed frame and model based on the turnover mechanism, two symmetrical crank and rocker arm series combined mechanism realization of left and right side Double function; based on the kinematics analysis of the turnover mechanism obtained between upper side flip angle and the driving slider displacement relationship of.4. according to the multifunctional nursing bed needs to meet the height of bed, bed and tilt angle can be adjusted as required; three kinds of mechanism motion scheme, proposed a new type of multifunctional nursing bed lifting mechanism two double rocker mechanism based on the mechanism to achieve the smallest envelope space tilt angle of multifunctional nursing bed and height adjustment; the rack mechanism, the rocker and the connecting rod scale guarantee mechanism has characteristics of high degree of folding mechanism, the scope of regulation; lifting mechanism of the lifting height of approximately and the connecting rod of the extension rod and rocker and long, and multifunctional nursing bed is the center point of the track is approximately a straight line.5. according to the multifunctional nursing bed to achieve a rehabilitation training requirements, put forward three kinds of realization of the function of curved legs Movement scheme, kinematics analysis and Simulation of the movement scheme, scheme optimization implementation, designed to achieve the function of curved legs parallelogram and slider crank mechanism in series combination of.6. multifunctional nursing bed key parts of the finite element analysis was made by SolidWorks simulation on the back supporting mechanism, lifting mechanism, key parts leg bending mechanism of finite element analysis, the key components of stress and deformation distribution, the designed parts meet the strength, deformation, stiffness index conclusion, lay the foundation for the multifunctional nursing bed structure industry.
