基于AMESim的超声汽化蒸汽驱动的膀胱动力泵建模及仿真

【摘要】:为了分析超声汽化蒸汽驱动的膀胱动力泵的性能,利用超声学、热力学和流体力学理论,建立了该泵的数学模型和AMESim仿真模型,并进行了试验验证,利用所建立的模型仿真,分析了超声波控制参数对系统尿流率特性的影响规律。结果表明:尿流率主要与超声波的声强、频率和辐射时间以及工质特性参数有关;在超声理疗剂量范围内,增大声强、频率和辐射时间,均可提高尿流率。研究工作将为超声汽化蒸汽驱动的膀胱动力泵的特性分析和结构优化设计提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the performance of the bladder power pump driven by ultrasonic vaporization steam, the mathematical model and AMESim simulation model of the pump were established by using the theories of ultrasound, thermodynamics and hydrodynamics.The influence of ultrasonic control parameters on the characteristics of urinary flow rate was analyzed.The results showed that the flow rate of urine was mainly related to the sound intensity, frequency and radiation time of ultrasound, as well as the parameters of working fluid characteristics, and that the increase of sound intensity, frequency and radiation time in the range of ultrasound physiotherapy dose could increase the flow rate of urine.The research will provide theoretical guidance for the characteristics analysis and structural optimization design of ultrasonic vaporized steam driven bladder power pump.
