多项式直接拟合在铂电阻高精度测温中的研究

【摘要】:尽管铂电阻"非线性校正"有多种方法,或校正的温区范围不宽,或校正的计算过程颇为复杂等,通用性不强。这里在对铂电阻非线性函数求逆运算常见手段简要总结后,采用最小二乘法结合权函的方法,对铂电阻正温区按3种区段进行了拟合运算,得到了三次、四次多项式系数,并给出了拟合运算误差分布图。在0~650℃温区范围内,应用四次多项式拟合运算,最大误差仅为0.003℃。最后简要分析了C语言运算精度与实算数据,进一步证实了多项式直接拟合的优越性。
[Abstract]:Although there are many methods for "nonlinear correction" of platinum resistor, either the temperature range of correction is not wide, or the calculation process of correction is rather complicated, so it is not universal.In this paper, after a brief summary of the common methods of calculating the nonlinear function inversion of platinum resistance, using the method of least square method combined with weight function, the positive temperature region of platinum resistance is fitted according to three sections, and the cubic and fourth polynomial coefficients are obtained.The error distribution map of fitting operation is also given.In the temperature range of 0 鈩,
