扰动磁场检测笔式探头的研制及试验分析

【摘要】:根据扰动磁场检测原理,设计了一个扰动磁场检测笔式探头,用于辅助常规探头,扫查常规探头难以检测处。利用搭建的简易试验平台,对探头定位缺陷的能力及探头的有效检测范围进行了分析,对缺陷的检测灵敏度进行了研究。经试验验证,该探头具有较强的缺陷定位能力、较高的检测灵敏度及较宽的有效检测范围。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of disturbing magnetic field detection, a pen probe is designed to assist the conventional probe, which is difficult to detect by scanning the conventional probe. By using a simple test platform, the ability of probe to locate defects and the effective detection range of probe are analyzed, and the sensitivity of flaw detection is studied. Experimental results show that the probe has strong defect location ability, high detection sensitivity and wide effective detection range.
