大口径铝合金主反射镜设计与分析

【摘要】:针对铝合金材料,设计了大口径红外相机主反射镜,反射镜口径420mm。以径厚比、支撑点数量和轻量化结构形式为输入点,设计了一种背部开放式、三角形轻量化结构和背部3点支撑的结构形式。通过有限元分析软件对反射镜的动态刚度及自重和温度载荷下的面形变化进行了分析。分析结果表明:反射镜具有高的动态刚度,反射镜自重工况和-40℃均匀温降下,面形精度RMS分别为30nm和0.2nm,均满足光学设计提出的λ/10(λ=632.8nm)指标要求,为大口径铝合金反射镜的设计提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:For aluminum alloy material, the main mirror of large aperture infrared camera is designed, and the mirror aperture is 420 mm. Taking the ratio of diameter to thickness, the number of supporting points and the light weight structure as input points, an open back structure, a triangle lightweight structure and a back support structure are designed. The dynamic stiffness, weight and temperature load of the mirror are analyzed by finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the mirror has high dynamic stiffness, the mirror deadweight condition and uniform temperature drop at -40 鈩,
