无线红外人体测温系统的研发

【摘要】:目前我国大众体温测量仪器仍然是以水银温度计为主,这种测量方式存在诸多缺点,如精度低、测量时间长、不安全等。随着社会经济和技术的高速发展,生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康、安全的要求越来越高。无论是在家庭、医院、幼儿园还是学校,或是流感、传染病高发特殊时期的公共场所,都需要一种快捷、高效、精准、成本低、体积小、使用方便的体温测量装置,能够实时测量体温,并传送到信息平台和各网络终端,进行体温信息的查询、统计和分析。本文对无线红外测温系统的研发宗旨,正式要研发一套符合此要求的装置及其实现算法和软件系统。本系统采用MLX90614红外传感器构建高精准医用红外测温模块,结合高度集成的HC-SR04超声波测距模块,组合成系统信息采集装置;采用STM32F103VET6单片机对采集的温度与距离信号进行处理,通过USB接口与PC机实现通讯,本文亦对USR-WIFI232-G模块与PC机的无线通讯进行了研究与实现。在上位机上开发的软件系统,实现了测温补偿和高精度拟合算法,并提供±0.10C增减幅度的手动温度纠偏设置,软件系统温度监测界面功能强大交互友好,能够动态监测温度数据变化和绘制变化曲线,配合相关应用软件,能实时提交被测对象信息和体温数据到远程WEB数据库,并推送到手机客户端。本文研发的无线红外体温测量系统,具有高效、精准、成本低、体积小、使用便捷等优点,尤其适合儿童和学生群体的高效体温测量,以及相关数据的统计分析和信息推送。
[Abstract]:At present, mercury thermometer is still the main instrument for measuring body temperature in our country, which has many disadvantages, such as low precision, long measuring time, unsafe, etc. With the rapid development of social economy and technology and the improvement of living standard, people are demanding more and more health and safety. Whether it's at home, hospital, kindergarten or school, or in public places where flu and infectious diseases are high, they all need a quick, efficient, accurate, low cost, small, easy to use temperature measuring device. It can measure body temperature in real time and send it to information platform and network terminal to inquire, count and analyze temperature information. In this paper, the purpose of the wireless infrared temperature measurement system is to develop a set of device, its algorithm and software system. This system uses MLX90614 infrared sensor to construct the high precision medical infrared temperature measurement module, combines the highly integrated HC-SR04 ultrasonic ranging module, combines the system information acquisition device, uses the STM32F103VET6 single chip computer to process the temperature and distance signal, The communication between PC and USB interface is realized. The wireless communication between USR-WIFI232-G module and PC is also studied and implemented in this paper. The software system developed on the host computer realizes the temperature measurement compensation and the high precision fitting algorithm, and provides the manual temperature correction setting of 卤0.10C increase or decrease amplitude. The interface of the software system temperature monitoring is powerful and interactive. It can dynamically monitor the temperature data change and draw the change curve, cooperate with the related application software, can submit the measured object information and temperature data to the remote WEB database in real time, and push to the mobile phone client. The wireless infrared temperature measurement system developed in this paper has the advantages of high efficiency, precision, low cost, small size and convenient use. It is especially suitable for children and students.
