基于光电容积脉搏的动态血压测量与参数标定方法的研究

【摘要】:据卫生部门统计,我国每年由于高血压及其并发症而死亡的人数达到两百可。现如今使用最多的血压测量仪器,主要是基于袖带充放气的单点测量法。无釉带的连续血压测量将成为血压仪的发展趋势。本文基于光电容积脉搏波描记法(Photoplethysmographic,PPG)的连续血压监测方法,不仅可以连续测量每搏血压,而且更加方便舒适。本文基于stm32硬件平台设计了一套动态血压测量系统,包含一路心电(electrocardiogram,ECG)信号和两路脉搏波信号。依据脉搏波传输时间(Pulse Transmit Time,PTT)与血压之间的线性关系,对血压进行动态测量。在实验中对比了一系列PTT特征点,选取出与血压相关性最好的特征点。利用此特征点点到的PTT与24小时静态血压进行相关性对比。然后研究了PTT-血压关系公式(?)普适性和随时间的变化。最后提出了三种定标方案,通过示波法血压仪进行定时校正,能准确的得出被测者的血压,为24小时动态血压监护成为提供了一种行的方案。实验得到下面结论:第一,利用双路PPG特征点求得的PTT与血压的相关性(?)于其他特征点。第二,同一个体的PTT与血压关系曲线会随着时间而缓慢改(?)、第三,PTT与静态血压的相关性没有运动前后的PTT与血压相关性好。第四,利用标准血压定时校正,测量到的血压准确性较高。
[Abstract]:According to health department statistics, the number of deaths due to hypertension and its complications reached 200 per year in China. The most commonly used blood pressure measurement instruments today are single-point measurements based on cuff-filling and exhalation. Continuous blood pressure measurement without enamel belt will become the development trend of blood pressure meter. In this paper, a continuous blood pressure monitoring method based on photovolumic pulse imaging (PPG) is presented. It can not only continuously measure the blood pressure per stroke, but also be more convenient and comfortable. In this paper, a dynamic blood pressure measurement system based on stm32 hardware platform is designed, which includes two pulse wave signals and one electrocardiogrammetric signal. According to the linear relationship between pulse Transmit time (PTT) and blood pressure, the blood pressure was measured dynamically. In the experiment, a series of PTT feature points were compared, and the best correlation with blood pressure was selected. Dot to point PTT using this feature was compared with 24-hour static blood pressure. Then the formula of PTT- blood pressure relationship was studied. Universality and changes over time. Finally, three kinds of calibration schemes are put forward, which can accurately get the blood pressure of the subjects through the timing correction of the oscillographic blood pressure meter, and provide a kind of scheme for 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The experimental results are as follows: first, the correlation between PTT and blood pressure is obtained by using the characteristic points of two-channel PPG. At other characteristic points. Second, the relationship curve between PTT and blood pressure of the same individual will change slowly with time, and the correlation between PTT and static blood pressure in the third case is not as good as that between PTT and blood pressure before and after exercise. Fourth, using the standard blood pressure timing correction, the accuracy of blood pressure measurement is higher.
