基于C8051F020控制的热辐射旋磁治疗仪设计

【摘要】:本治疗仪的主要应用对象是肥胖,打鼾的患者,主要作用机理是红外线疗法和磁疗法。论文先对课题研究的背景进行概述,然后分别介绍远红外疗法和旋磁疗法的重要作用,以及对于两者相结合所产生的综合治疗效果进行研究的重要意义。论文论述了旋磁和远红外加热模块相结合的设计思路,分模块对设计系统进行了详细而又深入的介绍,本系统利用C8051F020控制芯片,结合磁疗法和红外疗法的具体要求进行相应模块的硬件电路设计。系统选用了运放、霍尔元件、温度传感器等多种模拟和数字元器件进行硬件电路的设计与调试,通过设计PWM电路,控制磁场强度的变化,通过对MOS管并联以及继电器的使用实现了远红外加热温度可控,除此之外,还设计了旋磁强度检测与控制,远红外温度检测与控制、按键输入、液晶显示等模块。系统软件通过IDE和KEIL进行程序代码编译和调试,通过对按键、液晶显示程序设计实现参数设定及实时显示等人机交互功能,治疗时间和参数可设定,治疗实时数据可显示等重要功能。通过调试对治疗仪的各种功能进行了实验研究,实验结果证明实现了设计要求,最后针对系统功能和调试结果进行了总结。
[Abstract]:The main application of this instrument is obesity, snoring patients, the main mechanism is infrared therapy and magnetic therapy. In this paper, the background of the research is summarized, then the important role of far infrared therapy and magnetic rotation therapy is introduced respectively, and the significance of the research on the comprehensive therapeutic effect of the combination of the two methods is also discussed. This paper discusses the design idea of the combination of magnetic rotation and far-infrared heating module, and introduces the design system in detail and in depth. The system uses C8051F020 control chip. Combining with the specific requirements of magnetic therapy and infrared therapy, the hardware circuit of the corresponding module is designed. Several analog and digital components, such as operational amplifier, Hall element and temperature sensor, are used to design and debug the hardware circuit. The change of magnetic field intensity is controlled by designing PWM circuit. The remote infrared heating temperature can be controlled by using parallel MOS tube and relay. In addition, the modules of magnetic rotation intensity detection and control, far-infrared temperature detection and control, key input, liquid crystal display and so on are designed. The system software compiles and debugs the program code through IDE and key, and realizes the man-machine interaction function such as parameter setting and real-time display through the design of key button and liquid crystal display program, and the treatment time and parameter can be set. Treatment real-time data can be displayed and other important functions. The experimental research on various functions of the therapeutic instrument is carried out through debugging, and the experimental results show that the design requirements are fulfilled. Finally, the system functions and debugging results are summarized.
