基于LM4F120H5QR的三导联便携式心电图仪系统设计

【摘要】:心脏类疾病成为危害人体健康的主要疾病之一,它的诊治是医学领域的一个难题。心电图(Electrocardiograph)能够反映出心肌细胞生物电的变化,成为诊断心脏类病变最有力的依据。心电图机作为诊断心脏性疾病的重要工具,当前市场上已经有很多相关的设备,动态便携式心电Hoher价格较昂贵难以普及。针对心脏类疾病的突发性,研制一款功耗低、小型化、便携式心电监护产品迫在眉捷。本文设计了基于LM4F120H5QR的三导联便携式心电监护系统。阐述了心电信号基础理论,概述了心电信号采集和处理的方法。运用了RT-Thread实时操作系统、GPRS无线通信技术、基于MFC的软件设计技术以及FAT32文件系统,选用LM4F120H5QR处理器作为控制单元,采用ADI公司生产的24位AD芯片设计了心电采集单元,设计了基于LM4F120H5QR的心电信号处理系统和基于GPRS的远程心电监护系统。下位机由导联接口、除颤保护、模数转换、主控单元、SD卡存储、按键及显示、电源电路组成。本系统采用数字信号处理的方法进行滤波,通过软件实现FIR低通滤波、零相移的IIR高通滤波和工频陷波。与传统采用硬件方法设计心电信号处理电路,相比较而言节省了成本并且很大程度上减小了电路板的体积和降低了功耗;基于LM4F120H5QR的ECG处理系统包含模数转换、数据处理及存储、LCD显示及无线通信,主要实现对心电信号的模数转换、滤波处理、存储、显示和传输;基于GPRS的远程心电监护系统主要采用MFC软件编程方法通过UDP协议设计了PC端的心电监护界面,医生可远程监视患者的心电情况。此外,本系统还实现了在RT-Thread实时操作系统在LM4F120H5QR平台上的移植,以便更好的开发和实现嵌入式系统的各种功能。本系统经过仿真与样机的综合实验,结果表明基于LM4F120H5QR的三导联便携式心电图仪系统成功的实现对心电信号采集、存储、显示和远程传输,具备简单的分析处理能力。该系统具有低成本、小体积、低功耗、便携式、远程传输等优点完全符合家庭心电监护产品的需求。
[Abstract]:Heart disease is one of the major diseases that endanger human health, and its diagnosis and treatment is a difficult problem in medical field. Electrocardiograph (ECG) can reflect the changes of cardiomyocyte bioelectricity and become the most powerful basis for the diagnosis of cardiac diseases. As an important tool for the diagnosis of cardiac diseases, electrocardiograph (ECG) has many related devices in the market. Dynamic portable ECG Hoher is expensive and difficult to be popularized. For the sudden onset of heart disease, a low power consumption, miniaturization, portable ECG monitoring product is urgent. A three-lead portable ECG monitoring system based on LM 4 F 120 H 5QR is designed in this paper. The basic theory of ECG signal is introduced, and the method of ECG signal acquisition and processing is summarized. GPRS wireless communication technology is used in RT-Thread real-time operating system. Based on MFC software design technology and FAT32 file system, LM4F120H 5QR processor is selected as control unit, and 24 bits AD chip produced by ADI is used to design ECG acquisition unit. A ECG signal processing system based on LM4F120H5QR and a remote ECG monitoring system based on GPRS are designed. The lower computer consists of lead interface, defibrillation protection, A / D conversion, main control unit SD card storage, key and display, power circuit. In this system, digital signal processing is used to filter, Fir low-pass filter, zero-phase-shift IIR high-pass filter and power frequency notch are realized by software. Compared with the traditional hardware method, the design of ECG signal processing circuit saves the cost and greatly reduces the volume and power consumption of the circuit board, and the ECG processing system based on LM4F120H5QR includes A / D conversion. Data processing and storage LCD display and wireless communication, the main realization of ECG A / D conversion, filter processing, storage, display and transmission; The remote ECG monitoring system based on GPRS mainly uses MFC software programming method to design the ECG monitoring interface of PC side through UDP protocol. Doctors can remotely monitor the ECG condition of patients. In addition, the transplant of RT-Thread real-time operating system on LM4F120H5QR platform is realized in order to develop and realize various functions of embedded system. The simulation and prototype experiments show that the three-lead portable electrocardiograph system based on LM4F120H5QR has successfully realized the acquisition, storage, display and remote transmission of ECG signals, and has the ability of simple analysis and processing. The system has the advantages of low cost, small volume, low power consumption, portable, remote transmission and so on.
