内径量表中双正弦机构原理误差研究

【摘要】:为提高内径量表的测量准确度,采用数学建模与实验测量相结合的方法对双正弦机构的原理误差进行研究。在正弦机构的理论基础上,针对内径量表建立双正弦机构的传动模型,通过与百分表刻度特性比较得到原理误差模型。提出两种通过调整传动特性来减小原理误差的方案,利用软件建模分析表明杠杆臂长的最佳调整模型对减小原理误差的效果更优。自行设计实验平台对原理误差进行重复测量,初步验证杠杆臂长转角与原理误差的非线性特性,建议后续研究可从分析双正弦机构初始位置的角度改进测量实验。该研究为工程实际应用中调修内径量表、提高测量准确度提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the measuring accuracy of the inner diameter meter, the principle error of the double sinusoidal mechanism is studied by combining the mathematical modeling with the experimental measurement. On the basis of the theory of sinusoidal mechanism, the transmission model of double sinusoidal mechanism is established according to the inner diameter meter, and the principle error model is obtained by comparing the characteristics of the double sinusoidal mechanism with that of the dial gauge. Two schemes are proposed to reduce the principle error by adjusting the transmission characteristics. The analysis of software modeling shows that the optimal adjustment model of lever arm length is more effective in reducing the principle error. The self-designed experimental platform is designed to measure the principle error repeatedly, and the nonlinear characteristics of the long rotation angle and the principle error of the lever arm are preliminarily verified. It is suggested that the following research can improve the measurement experiment from the angle of analyzing the initial position of the double sinusoidal mechanism. The research provides a theoretical basis for the revision of the inner diameter meter and the improvement of measurement accuracy in engineering practice.
