天津忠旺铝业公司预拉伸机试车成功

【摘要】：正天津忠旺铝业公司的100 MN厚板预拉伸机于2015年12月中旬一次试车成功,是从德国西马克集团梅尔公司(SMS Meer)引进的,最大拉伸力100 MN,拉伸率0.1%~4.0%,可拉伸铝合金板厚度6 mm~260 mm,可拉伸板材最小宽度1 000 mm,可拉伸板材最大宽度4 300 mm。
[Abstract]:The 100mn thick plate pre-stretching machine of Zhongwang Aluminium Co., Ltd. in Tianjin was successfully tested in mid-December 2015. It was imported from the (SMS Meer) of Merle Company of the West Mark Group of Germany. The maximum tensile force is 100mn, the tensile ratio is 0.1%, the thickness of the aluminum alloy sheet is 6 mm~260 mm, the minimum width is 1 000 mm and the maximum width is 4 300 mm.
