基于NI PXI平台的天然气流量计量装置的研制
[Abstract]:In the process of storage and transportation of natural gas, the flow of natural gas is mainly carried out through pipeline. In the course of transportation, more than 80% of the measurement of natural gas is measured by intelligent orifice Flowmeter. Therefore, the accuracy of natural gas intelligent orifice Flowmeter will have a great impact on the final measurement of natural gas, and the accuracy of natural gas flow measurement and verification plays an important role in the production and flow of natural gas. It is of great practical significance to realize on-line real-time verification of natural gas orifice Flowmeter. In order to satisfy the real time measurement of natural gas in oil field, and for the purpose of on-line real time detection of natural gas in oil field, a natural gas flow metering device is developed in this paper. This paper briefly introduces the background and demand of the research and development of natural gas measurement at home and abroad, and determines the main research content of the project based on the actual demand of Daqing Oilfield. According to the related rules and calculation methods, the main functional parameters of the product and the main method to realize the parameters are analyzed, and the overall research direction and the corresponding implementation method of the device are put forward. The design platform is NI PXI. The portable design and development of natural gas flow metering device are carried out, and the realization method is given. According to the actual function demand, the natural gas metering device platform realizes the data acquisition of the natural gas metering primary instrument combined with the standard orifice plate and the intelligent transmitter and the standard natural gas compression factor under the field working conditions. Real-time calculation of volume flow. The whole metering device consists of upper computer interface, real-time RT hardware system and data acquisition card. The software platform realizes the manual setting of the state parameters of natural gas in the field, the real-time recording of the natural gas flow, the real-time calculation of the compression factor and the calculated flow value, and the completion of the recording of the data. Local storage of the database and remote upload of the remote Oracle database.
