过热水蒸气质量流量测量装置设计与仿真

【摘要】:蒸汽流量的精确测量在能源的节约、社会经济效益的提高等方面具有重要作用,尤其是在火力发电厂占主要地位的中国供电企业,过热水蒸气的准确计量具有非常重要的意义,尤其对锅炉主蒸汽流量测量的精度和内容等都有很严格的要求,因此研究过热水蒸气质量流量测量非常有必要。论文主要是针对过热蒸汽中火电机组蒸汽质量流量测量进行研究。由于高参数,大容量机组的不断投产,原有的流量测量方式面临着压力损失大、准确度不高、寿命短等问题。同时,应用弗留格尔公式进行测量又面临着精度低等缺陷。在这样的背景下,就必须采用新的设计思路,设计新型的质量流量装置进行测量。论文设计采用射流流量计进行主蒸汽质量流量测量。首先研究过热蒸汽中火电机组主蒸汽流量的测量方法和射流流量计的结构及原理。然后设计射流流量计的几何尺寸和形状,并用GAMBIT软件对流量计进行二维模型的建立,并在模型基础上设置了一个新的压力测点,并利用流体计算软件FLUENT对机组定压运行时不同质量流量下的流体进行仿真分析,结果表明新的压力测点效果好,而且主蒸汽质量流量与射流流量计振荡频率线性度好,改进的射流流量计可用于主蒸汽质量流量测量。最后对不同尺寸的射流流量计进行仿真分析,研究了射流流量计入口尺寸对流体振荡频率、压力损失的影响,针对大型机组质量流量的测量设计出了一种效果较好的射流流量计。
[Abstract]:The accurate measurement of steam flow plays an important role in saving energy and improving social and economic benefits, especially in the power supply enterprises in China, where superheated water vapor is measured accurately. Especially, there are strict requirements for the accuracy and content of boiler main steam flow measurement, so it is very necessary to study the measurement of superheated steam mass flow. This paper mainly focuses on the measurement of steam mass flow of thermal power units in superheated steam. Due to high parameters and continuous production of large capacity units, the original flow measurement mode is faced with the problems of large pressure loss, low accuracy, short life and so on. At the same time, the use of Fligel formula for measurement is faced with low accuracy and other defects. In this context, a new design idea must be adopted to design a new mass flow device for measurement. In this paper, a jet Flowmeter is used to measure the mass flow of main steam. Firstly, the measurement method of main steam flow and the structure and principle of jet Flowmeter are studied. Then the geometry and shape of the jet Flowmeter are designed, and the two-dimensional model of the Flowmeter is built with GAMBIT software, and a new pressure measuring point is set up on the basis of the model. The simulation analysis of fluid at different mass flow rate at constant pressure is carried out by using the fluid calculation software FLUENT. The results show that the new pressure measuring point has good effect, and the main steam mass flow has good linearity with the oscillation frequency of jet Flowmeter. The improved jet Flowmeter can be used to measure the mass flow of main steam. Finally, the influence of the inlet dimension of the jet Flowmeter on the fluid oscillation frequency and pressure loss is studied by simulation and analysis of the different sizes of the fluidic Flowmeter. An effective jet Flowmeter is designed for mass flow measurement of large units.
