便捷式智能远程心电监护仪设计

【摘要】:心脏病是常见的循环系统疾病,严重威胁人类的身体健康与生命安全。检测早期心脏病隐患以及实时监测心脏病,对于预防心脏病的发生及保障心脏病人生命安全具有非常重要的作用。心电图是现代医疗领域检测心脏病的有效方法,本文研究便捷式智能远程心电监护仪设计,可以记录和回放心电数据,并基于智能手机可实现心电信号的实时远程监护,具有一定的实用性和应用前景。心电监护仪硬件电路设计采用TI低功耗心电模拟前端进行8通道心电信号采集,采用Micro SD卡并基于单片机移植FATFS文件系统进行心电数据存储,采用低功耗蓝牙4.0进行心电数据的实时传输。通过对中值滤波和高通滤波的算法研究,设计采用ⅡR型高通滤波算法进行心电信号去基线漂移处理。通过研究与对比直接差分压缩和一阶差分的分段编码压缩,实现心电数据的无损压缩,并结合低功耗蓝牙4.0实现3导联心电数据的实时传输。设计以便捷式、实时性与低功耗为原则,体现于器件选型、硬件电路设计以及控制软件设计等。系统测试结果表明:设计实现了3导联心电数据的采集、存储和实时传输,采样率达500SPS,分辨率为12位有效位,满足不小于3.2s的时间常数要求,可存储至少7天的心电数据,并支持高速USB2.0数据导出,以1节AA镍氢充电电池供电可以连续工作约80小时等。本文设计的心电监护仪具有携带方便,实时性与远程心电监护的特点,经过进一步的产品完善与优化,有利于推进未来智能远程心电监护系统的发展。
[Abstract]:Heart disease is a common circulatory disease, which is a serious threat to human health and life safety. Detection of early heart trouble and real-time monitoring of heart disease play an important role in preventing heart disease and ensuring the life safety of heart patients. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is an effective method for detecting heart disease in modern medical field. This paper studies the design of convenient intelligent remote ECG monitor, which can record and playback ECG data, and realize real-time remote ECG monitoring based on smart phone. It has certain practicability and application prospect.
