三维锥形束CT和二维Exactrac影像引导放疗系统的研究
[Abstract]:Imaging guided radiotherapy (IGRT), as a prerequisite for accurate radiotherapy, is being gradually adopted by more and more hospitals and will become an important assistant mode of radiotherapy in the near future. This paper mainly introduces some mainstream image-guided radiotherapy equipment and their future development in the field of radiotherapy. The. Novalis TX system is an advanced medical accelerator produced by (Varian) of the United States of America and (Brainlab AG) of Germany. It includes a variety of imaging guided radiotherapy (IGRT) equipment: airborne imaging instrument (OBI,On-Board Imager), Exactrac system) and electronic field image verification system (EPID). These three kinds of image guiding devices have different imaging principles and different performance. In this paper, the author focuses on the three-dimensional conical beam (CBCT) image guidance system and the two-dimensional (Exactrac) image guidance system on the Novalis TX medical accelerator. Their mechanical properties and imaging principles were studied. Finally, the positioning accuracy of the two kinds of image guiding devices for different parts of human body is compared through the motif experiment, and the experimental results are analyzed. Then, 8 patients with head tumor were selected for clinical study. It is found that the results of the two kinds of imaging guiding devices are similar in the end, but slightly different in different parts of human body. In the case of head tumors, the accuracy of the Exactrac system is slightly higher, but when the body and pelvic patients are placed, the conical beam CT imaging guidance equipment can provide higher image quality and more accurate positioning.
