基于STS模块的光谱测试系统研究

【摘要】:光谱仪作为一种重要的光学仪器设备,高的波长分辨率、大的测量范围是在科研应用中关注的重要技术指标。然而,随着社会发展和科学技术进步,在许多应用领域,例如食品药品安全、环境监测等,对光谱仪的低成本和便携性提出了更高的要求。因此,光谱仪的小型化和微型化成为其主要发展方向之一基于上述背景,本论文以STS微型模块为核心,围绕光谱数据采集过程中的波长标定、噪声处理和动态工作范围,开展光谱测试软件设计:首先详细分析了STS微型模块工作原理及其通信协议,在Visual C++6.0集成开发环境下、选择C++面向对象语言进行了STS微型模块光谱测试软件设计开发,图形显示部分采用TeeChart Pro控件进行图像绘制,实现了采集参数设置、光谱信号获取、光谱原始数据和光谱曲线的显示、存储等功能。然后针对STS采集到的原始光谱数据的特点对其进行一系列处理。波长标定方面,通过获取STS微型模块内置参数,建立ELIS-1024传感器像素点位置与波长的对应关系,从而响应用户对波长测量范围的设定需求;噪声处理方面,在不同传感器积分时间参数设定条件下,对背景噪声进行统计测量,计算出均值和方差,因此,测量数据减去噪声均值后为实际值,方差代表测量误差;动态工作范围调整方面,通过选择适当的传感器积分时间参数,以适应强弱不同的被测信号。最后通过实验对应用软件进行了详细的功能测试,实验结果表明该软件能够较好的实现光谱测试的目的,界面简洁、操作方便,成功满足了预期的设计要求。
[Abstract]:Spectrometer, as an important optical instrument, has high wavelength resolution and wide measurement range, which is an important technical index in the application of scientific research. However, with the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the low cost and portability of spectrometer is required in many application fields, such as food and drug safety, environmental monitoring and so on. Therefore, the miniaturization and miniaturization of the spectrometer has become one of its main development directions. Based on the above background, this paper focuses on the STS micro-module, focusing on wavelength calibration, noise processing and dynamic range of work in the process of spectral data acquisition. Design of spectrum testing software: firstly, the working principle and communication protocol of STS micro module are analyzed in detail. Under the integrated development environment of Visual C 6.0, the spectrum test software of STS micro module is designed and developed with C object oriented language. In the graphic display part, the TeeChart Pro control is used to draw the image, which realizes the setting of the acquisition parameters, the acquisition of the spectral signals, the display and storage of the spectral original data and the spectral curves, and so on. Then according to the characteristics of the original spectral data collected by STS, a series of processing is carried out. In the aspect of wavelength calibration, by obtaining the built-in parameters of STS micro-module, the corresponding relationship between pixel position and wavelength of ELIS-1024 sensor is established, so as to respond to the user's demand for setting the range of wavelength measurement. In noise processing, the background noise is measured statistically under different sensor integration time parameters, and the mean value and variance are calculated. Therefore, the measurement data is subtracted from the noise mean value and the variance represents the measurement error. In the aspect of dynamic range adjustment, appropriate sensor integration time parameters are selected to adapt to different measured signals. Finally, the application software is tested in detail through the experiment. The experimental results show that the software can achieve the purpose of spectrum testing better, the interface is simple, the operation is convenient, and the software successfully meets the expected design requirements.
